Balls

Post by brownjeans » January 9th, 2018, 8:07 pm

I'm not a Lakers fan, but I know there are some on this board. I was wondering what they're feelings of Lonzo are. Personally, I think they should trade him - for two reasons:
  1. Right now I think the likelyhood of him being a future bench player is higher than him being an all star.
  2. His dad is a toxic dick. You can't silence or separate him. He'll go after the coach, the management, Lonzo's teammates, everyone.
But it is fun to watch and I don't really like the Lakers, so I guess it's better for me if they keep him.

They drafted him knowing what dad was all about. He's their problem and i think the Knicks are the only ones dumb enough to trade for him now.

I was both surprised and amused that the Lakers drafted Lonzo. He's kinda been the Johnny Manziel of the NBA so far I think, tho more his dad than him. Couldn't happen to a nicer team tho.
Hilarious that his brothers are off playing in Europe because they couldn't hack it here. (Or dad couldn't work with pretty much anyone in the country.)

I really want the Browns to trade for him. Then use him as a ball to practice with. He just gets carried around and thrown and (I can't express myself without swearing).

They can’t trade him because of number 2.

I don't follow the NBA enough but do you think that his dad and his antics are seriously hurting the 2 younger brothers NBA careers at this point?

This post is likely straight up poor sarcasm and cannot be taken seriously.

The middle brother doesn't seem to have an NBA future anyway. The youngest seems to have a good shot. But I think there are a very small number of teams that would be willing to pick him up due to the drama.

I keep seeing this topic thinking that it has something to do with the big annual amateur rocketry event in the Nevada desert.

I was really worried that I'd get contacted by IT and HR for clicking on this post.
