Wowzers Manny Martins was ANOTHER great hire by Hartwell. The “Heather Cairns Special” of half-assed parking of the bus in close games that seemed to always result in an opponent goal. Anyway, the last 1/3 of today’s tied game the Aggies kept attacking and Alaska’s own Jordan Foracker put it in the 82nd minute. Aggies kept attacking and put one off the post in the 88th. Never gave Nevada a chance to tie the game.

They are doing fantastic. I don't really follow the the sport, but am happy to them have success.

They picked up a few conference wins over the weekend. I believe they are 2-0 now in conference.

I could have expanded a bit I guess He gave an interview not long ago that he talked about the types of coaches he is looking for and their background and why they work well at USU. I think the football, basketball, W basketball , gymnastics, soccer hires all fit this model

I keep waiting to see them pop up in the rankings, but they haven’t made it there yet. Perhaps a road win against a very good New Mexico team tomorrow could do the trick.

That's the Pacific Region ranking, not national ranking

They play UNM tonight, who was picked first in the MWC. This will show us if we can win the conference or not.

They were picked to win the conference, and are currently 7-2. A road win tonight will make USU the sure frontrunners.
