Horrific. This garbage shouldn't happen in the year 2021.

Terrible. I'm really curious what the circumstances surrounding this are.

Guns are readily and easily available and there are not enough mature, well compensated people.3rdGenAggie wrote:Terrible. I'm really curious what the circumstances surrounding this are.

You hit the 3.3M population mark, things like this pop up.
You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.

Re: Ute player who wore Ty Jordan's number dead in shooting
Does anyone happen to know if the team is planning on any sort of show of support to the U during the game on Friday?

At the risk of making this too sandboxy, I'm no more bothered by "gun violence" than I am by knife, fist, pipe, car, or crossbow violence. It's the violence that's the problem, not the tool used.
Anyway...back to the topic at hand.

It would be kinda cool to do some sort of joint show of support with BYU.

Looks like we missed the opportunity on Friday. Would be a classy move to do something for UNLV — maybe a helmet sticker or shoulder patch.NavyBlueAggie wrote: ↑September 30th, 2021, 1:01 pm3rdGenAggie wrote: ↑September 29th, 2021, 4:27 pmAt the risk of making this too sandboxy, I'm no more bothered by "gun violence" than I am by knife, fist, pipe, car, or crossbow violence. I was impressed it actually was silent as well. Except for that one db cougar fan behind me who yelled go cougs in the middle of it.

Thought I'd show a different view of our student section, with all the toxic stuff being thrown about. We all have our moments, I'm trying to remember those in the stands and those on the field are still kids and make mistakes and at the same time are capable of showing love and compassion.
We all get caught up sometimes, the important moment, they nailed!
