Lol at SDSU

Post by WAAggie » September 3rd, 2022, 2:07 pm

2 3 and outs, punt blocked. Announcers suck. Start by talking about new a playoff and say suck dogs won 12 games last year. They failed to mention they lost their conference.

Also say capacity crowd. Must be faked out by red seats.

Hope the post ages well. They can sneak out a win in last seconds for conference and record against p12, but want to see them squirm.

I truly don't care how bad it is for the conference, I want SDSU to lose every game solely to make whoever runs The Show Twitter account miserable.

Boo birds inaugurating the new stadium. Hah at students for mocking AZ with 1-11 cheer,

An Aggie good showing, a byu and boise loss will be a good start to the season.

I was mostly disappointed with their crowd size in a new stadium. That was pretty sad.

So basically their new stadium is an under developed third world country.

That is good to know. I guess all of the fans were seeking shade for the game.

No problem, I can throw some shade their way. I hope that USU can someday be as good as San Diego State imagines themselves to be.

Like I said near criminal. I’m not even laughing at them. I’m upset with the admin because people that suffered. SDSU fans deserve better even if they are suck dogs

It looks like the events staff and first responders did the best they can but they need to fix this. Apparently the water in the bathroom sinks was scalding too.

Im also not seeing an SDSU statement on improving conditions. What a joke of a school administration and they deserved to be boo’d.

I mean, our stadium doesn't have much shade. I think it was just hot, people weren't prepared for it to be hot.

Unless it's an enclosed stadium, weather be weather

To be fair, USU could have used a large water fill station against UConn. This isn’t unique to San Diego State. The water bottle fill station at half time had over 50 people in either line.

I agree. The fill stations need to be vastly increased. It has been a major heat wave in the west the past 7-10 days. That should settle down in the coming days.

I could see something like this happening at Maverik. Probably best to schedule August and September outdoor games based one average weather by the hour +10F or something, scheduling them to start when it's likely no hotter than 80F as we continue to see record temperature numbers. So glad Alabama started at 4:30 instead of noon.

I happened to drive by the new stadium yesterday, honestly it reminds me of the old jack murphy stadium just in a smaller footprint. Nice to see the rest of the site getting developed, there is literally no new housing around the campus and this will be a very welcomed addition. Also, for someone who have never been to Viejas Arena, let me say this... P**S POOR PLANNING for parking around that place. I took my son to a concert there last night and man it was bad. getting in and out of that place, made visiting the spectrum look like a piece of cake.
