Gameday Shirt 2012-2013

Bookstore is unsure when they are actually coming in but they think next week.

We wanted a simple easy design. Thoughts?

It's fine. But as the official gameday shirt it should have something that makes it a little more unique. Maybe a cow head with it's tongue sticking out.

Or you could just put "gameday" on it.

I like it. I think its good to be simple. We don‘t need a catch phrase every year. However “more cow bell“ or “ Aggie Gu Bráth“ are some ideas.

I like it. It's a nice simple design. But as has been said, it doesn't really come off as an annual game day shirt. It needs the year and some kind of catch phrase on it somewhere.

Absolutely love it. hopefully this time they will be able to keep more sizes in stock thru the bookstore. I ordered 5 online last year for my family and got an email stating they didn't have the 2 smallest sizes in stock and wouldn't get more for another 2 months for one and not at all for my youngest. had to change sizes and my daughter went without an Aggie shirt. as soon as I can order them I am going to order one for everyone again and likely one or two more for the kids to grow into.

A little bland but I like it. Why is it that we cannot have a white logo? I bought the new logo decal for my car at locker 42 and they said right now they cannot print the logo in white due to some regulations with Nike or something. The blue or gray just doesn't cut it on black tint, you can hardly see it. Also, is anyone else disappointed with the book store? They should have clearanced out the old logo months ago and stocked up heavily on the new logo. They have been out of the new logo apparel for a few weeks now and I keep hearing "maybe next week". Seems like they missed out on a big opportunity to make some green but what do I know.

Like it a lot, I do wish though we still had an official white UState like is on our helmets. That way we could sell both styles, white and pewter UState. I would buy both.

Its the Bookstore need I say more!!!!! As we say in the Spectrum, "Stupid, Stupid, Stupid, Stupid....."

Bookstore is ran by a cabal of inept idiots that couldn't find their way our of a paper bag.

Why stock a new items when we have so much of the fine older stuff....... is their mind set. Until they get with the program which since 1990, when I started to monitor them, they have not been with the program lagging slowly behind even do I dare say it...Weber State's bookstore in terms of merchandise. Now with Nike providing designed merchandise maybe they will be helped to the next level but never on their own. Too much of their crap, is, well, crap.

Locker 42 is where I drop my coin.

End of rant. I stopped into the CV Mall on Memorial Day and Fannz does not have any stuff with new logo either. They said its coming....I said so is Christmas.

Yeah, I was expecting the bookstore and Fanzz to be flooded with new gear but the selection is really slim. Locker42 has done the best job although I was hoping for more selection with hats and shorts sooner. I think hats get in tomorrow. I hope there are some good ones or I will be extremely disappointed. Been waiting for a hat with the new logo since it was announced we would be getting new logos.

Part of the problem with availability was that they wanted to keep the logo under wraps. The more people you let see it, the better chance you have of it leaking out. They only let a few select companies see the logo ahead of time to start making merchandise. I've been waiting for a hat and I'll be stopping into Locker 42 next week to hopefully get one.

Like a couple of other people have said, I like it, but it doesn't have anything unique as a gameday shirt. I think it would be better with something distinguishing it as a gameday shirt.

Nevermind. I just got a response from them and they said that they are all vinyl decals for external application. Sounds like window tint won't be an issue for you.

I read the entire usu Nike marketing guide today. It is really nice. Comes in a fancy notebook with the logos raised on the cover.

I too am not liking all the "pewter" I was a fan of adding a gray as a third color but this is getting out of hand.

That shirt is a great fan shirt, I will definitely buy one. I have not liked all the verbage on the gameday shirts lately. "I live for gameday" with all the blocky stuff. "Winning Team" on the back of the shirt would have been cool when I was in middle school but for me and the rest of my family we passed. I just think the game day shirt should go one of two directions:

A - One design and one design only. This is the shirt that most of the crowd should be encouraged to buy and wear to each and every game. This must be blue and WHITE. No exceptions.

B - Different design each year with the year and a fun slogan on a well designed shirt. Must also be a blue and white shirt. Can use gray but only as an accent color.

I don't like the year because after the year is over the shirt is already dated.
