That's exactly what happened while he was at USU too. He's a physical specimen no doubt, just too slow for it imo.BLaggie wrote:Not looking good for Kevin. He looked slow, and was beat a lot at the end.

Re: Aggies in the NFL
Was he at tackle? I read an article where they talked about moving him to guard, saying he's better suited there.

A lot. Especially the Utah, Fresno, and USC games - he was really exposed in those.

Will Davis is leading the dolphins in tackles tonight. Vigil is second.

Z. Vigil currently leading the dolphins in tackles with 5. Has a sack and 2 TFL. Pretty impressive first night.

Maurice Alexander - S - 31- Last season, the Rams drafted Alexander in the fourth round and besides a couple of tackles on special teams he did not make an impact. This season should be more eventful for the young safety. In practice he has played with the first team and the coaches are high on him. The Rams secondary is not great, so if Alexander can develop he might be be a solid player.

Re: Aggies in the NFL
I read that he played with torn meniscus in one or both knees and it really slowed him down. He had off-season surgery and is looking really good this year. Coaches are impressed. He's a whole different player.ratofallaggies wrote:I don't think sotreesap32 wrote:Wasn't Mo injured last year?ratofallaggies wrote:http://www.turfshowtimes.com/2015/8/14/ ... s-to-watch

Preseason Aggies Week #2
Thursday
Nevin Lawson - 4 tackles and a roughing the quarterback penalty. 20 defensive plays, 3 special teams plays. Good to see the tackles but that means that your guy is catching passes.
Brian Suite - 1 tackle, 28 defensive snaps and 4 special teams snaps. 2nd most snaps for safeties.
Tyler Larsen - Previous week played 7 snaps still looking for this week. The Redskins line looks terrible, if he is not getting a look it isn't promising.
BJ Larsen - previous week 12 snaps, still looking for this week. no stats in game.
Not USU related but Kyle Van Noy played terrible and is getting panned by the media.
My predictions for final roster spots after two preseason games:
Nevin Lawson - will make 53-man roster
Brian Suite - will be cut, possible practice squad member
Tyler Larsen - will be cut, no practice squad
BJ Larsen - will be cut, no practice squad

+1 I thought he would make it, but now I don't know. He needs to show what he can do.

According to an Ian Rapoport tweet:

Re: Aggies in the NFL
Bobby had a sweet pick 6 last night. If he continues playing like that he should make the squad.
Turbin hasn't been looking great this preseason. It is a good sign though that he is running with the ones while Marshawn is sitting out.

Re: Aggies in the NFL
None of the Seahawk RBs look very good. The Seahawks have decided to pay big money for every position except their OL - choosing instead to pick up OL scraps, late-round picks and college DLs and develop them. Their OL looks pretty bad right now.Murkymerk wrote: Turbin hasn't been looking great this preseason. It is a good sign though that he is running with the ones while Marshawn is sitting out.

Re: Aggies in the NFL
IDK, Wagner may spend most of his days on the bench. Now that the Seahawks have signed him to a 40M+ contract for 4 years, he's a commodity they don't want to see injured. He'll make the squad, but may just sit on the bench.................Murkymerk wrote:Bobby had a sweet pick 6 last night. If he continues playing like that he should make the squad.

Re: Aggies in the NFL
From the box score it looks like Kerwynn hasn't seen any time with Arizona yet tonight. It appears that David Johnson is back (hamstring) and carrying most of the load for the Cardinals.
