I wonder if I can request that my tax dollars be diverted from Air Force's uniforms to Utah State's?

They should call these the Warthog Alternate Unis.

Had to look up their official school colors. Silver is one of them.

Those are bad A!!! They are supposed to resemble the sharktooth P-40s that flew in WWII. That uni/helmet combo could be my favorite ever but I do love WWII history. Good on them.

They need to wear these more than just once though.

I heard those helmets were to honor the Flying Tigers of WW2 fame in Asia. Glad to see the academies are getting cool unis. Navy had great ones last year.

Looking at the comments it looks like we like them more then their fans do.

They are definetly bad (I can't express myself without swearing)! Cool they are doing this. It's the" Warhawk P40" it first flew in 1938,they are green so I'd assume the Unis are green, kinda hard to tell in the photo. The Warthog is the A10 Thunderbolt, one of the most advanced ground attack warplanes. The P40's are prop driven fighters. We didn't have fighter jets till late into the war around 1945, the P80 Shooting Star. The Warhawk helped the troops on the ground as well as dogfights. All 3 of of these aircraft are on display at Hill Air Force Base.

I'm at least a little familiar with the P40. I thought of the A10 because I thought I had seen some with the shark mouth paint job, too. Also, the unis look grey to me. That would be the Warthog again.

Looks a bit like olive drab with a gray-ish influence

Yes, those two are mixed up all the time the names are almost identical I did it a lot too at first, I love that the Acadamy is doing this. Its very cool they are honering the pilots plus all of those that helped keep them flying. Gotta love Millitary Aircraft!
