I'm totally OK with Wisconsin winning this one as long as our guys play hard the whole game.

The good news - our kickers make a couple of field goals.

27-17 UW. Defense stacks the box and keeps it close for 3 quarters, but eventually gets worn down.

I realize you're going to the game...do you anticipate getting into it with some of the Badger faithful? Chances are pretty good they will be inebriated and if that's the case you have a decent shot of getting out of any scuffle injury free.Aggieforlife wrote:Coming home injury free is a win for me.

Haha I now realize how that sounded... but you know me I'll speak my mind! But no I'm not worried about my physical health, I really don't want to see another mays type injury.

Re: Predict the Score - FB 9/1 @ Wisconsin
I want to go to Badger Stadium someday just to experience the third quarter Jump Around. One of my labmates while a postdoc did undergrad at Michigan and went to an away game at Wisconsin once. He said that after experiencing it firsthand, there is zero doubt why it is considered one of the greatest traditions in sports. The players get into it, the students make it feel like the stadium is going to collapse, and even a non-trivial number of blue hairs participate.breadysmith wrote:I realize you're going to the game...do you anticipate getting into it with some of the Badger faithful? Re: Predict the Score - FB 9/1 @ Wisconsin
41-17
I really want to believe we'll do better than that. I'm just really unsure playing a top 10 team in the first week with a new offensive system, and a lot of new faces on the team.

Re: Predict the Score - FB 9/1 @ Wisconsin
looking at last three $ game scores:
2014 Tennessee 38-7
2015 Washington 31-17 (Washington led 17-10 at half)
2106 USC 45- 7
2017 prediction: Wisconsin 35 - 13 (2 TD's, missed PAT)
I would really love to see the offense score some meaningful 1st half points. Versus Tennessee and USC, the only points came late in game when other teams likely had 2nd and 3rd string players in.
