They've been pretty banged up injury wise but are coming off a bye week to get healthy. Zach Moss is a beast but has been hurt and they haven't been running enough. I believe in Coach Whitt off a bye week and that they'll get the ship righted with their offense. They also have one of the top pass defenses in the nation which may be a tough matchup for WSU.

That's why I'm picking Utah.

I don't know enough about lines and betting to under stand how that would work.

Saw something similar -- put $8000 on VT on the money line, win would have netted him $450. Probably thought it was a no-risk way to get the kids a new trampoline.

Cal +2 over Oregon (I like Cal at home coming off a bye after Oregon's tough loss to Stanford)

The Utah Wazzu game scares me. I wouldn't bet against Whittingham coming off a bye week, but their offense has been so horrible it is hard to see them keeping up with Leach's air raid.

BYU -2 over USU (I've bet huge on this one)
Under 55 points, BYU vs. USU
Navy -3 over Air Force
New Mexico +10 over UNLV

I'm not sure if I really like any of your picks this week. I'd stay as far away from our game as possible. UNLV isn't playing great but UNM is really bad right now and Navy isn't what they have been the past few years.

Haha, very. The money line was -135 though as opposed to -110 for the -2. It's down to -120 now and I placed another bet on the money line for BYU.

I did lose big. It was worth every penny! Just FYI last year I started betting big on BYU and it correlates with USU's blowouts of BYU the last two years. I've figured out how to outsmart the universe.

The account is severely depleted after the game though. Now I'm not sure what I want to bet on this week. I put a small amount on Hawaii +15 @ BYU.

I took UNLV last week and lost. I keep betting against USU and it's working. They're 6-0 against the spread (though I did win the Air Force pick because of the spread I got earlier in the week before it moved).

This week I'm taking,

Auburn -3 @ Ole Miss
Cincinnati +3 @ Temple (Need a Temple win here for USU)
Tennessee +29 vs. Alabama
Wyoming +15 vs. USU
Oregon +3 @ Washington State
