Park City capitalizes with a win over a very, very poorly coached Sky View team 15-14. No offense Viag, this game shouldn't have been close.

Olympus into the semifinals after beating Springville 28-3. Probably the biggest game of the 5A season as 12-0 Olympus will face 10-0 Corner Canyon next week.

South Summit beats Millard 34-10 to advance to their sixth straight 2A title game. Will play the winner of Grand vs. Beaver. At this point Grand is beating Beaver 10-0 in the 4th quarter. South Summit has played Beaver three times in their current six year finals streak, Grand once, and Summit Academy (now 3A) once.

And the Rio Vista Rams fall in the SAc-Joaquin Div VI playoffs to Waterford 51-44. That's it for the season.

I stopped paying attention to my high school after we opened the season 0-2, but I just checked again and Valpo is now 9-2 and ranked 10 in the state 6A level. On Friday Valpo got revenge for our season opening loss to Penn (8-3, #6), beating them on the road 21-0 in the sectionals. Next Friday we host Crown Point (6-6) in the regionals, who we beat 38-7 a few weeks ago.
