Well, that can't be right. Woodward wasn't even a first-team performer in his own conference. How in the world is this possible??

I think this next year we better enjoy watching these two in Aggie uniforms, good chance of they will be top 3 round picks in the 2020 draft.

They got a lot of "Love" this year already in the media.

Very few things are less relevant than the 1280 top 60. Not sure why anyone cares. We got plenty of love and attention for what we did on the field this year.

Who gave usu plenty of love? Every time 1280 talks general college football locally they talk Utah and BYU and maybe a little usu. maybe.

The more we are forgotten by the media the less our fan base and possible recruits will hear about us. A positive and informative media (biased media) is one great cheap way to be promoted. While the top 60 may not be something that directly influences people it is a direct reflection of how much the media knows or cares about our program. If the media started including us in conversations more when they talked about the state of Utah football you better believe it would make an impact. Right now the media portrays us as a Third fiddle and that is one reason fans see us in that light.

JCP was making a joke. Let me explain: the Utah media regularly downgrades Aggie players in their rankings to the point it has become preposterous. JCP was using hyperbole to suggest that the National media shows more respect to the Aggies than the Utah media. Now do you get it?

Walter football (updated this week) projects David Woodward to be picked 29th overall (1st Round) in the 2021 Draft to the Chicago Bears!!! I am guessing they are projecting his stats to be even better than this year, and his stats this year were already incredible. The sky is the ceiling for Woodward and we are lucky to have him! That would be the 1st USU player picked in the 1st round of the NFL draft since Phil Olsen went 4th overall in 1970.
