2019 Mountain West Tournament Information
It's almost time for the 2019 Mountain West Basketball Tournament so I figured I'd put together a guide for anyone going down.
Men's Bracket:
Tickets: https://www.unlvtickets.com/eventInfo/s ... pionships/
Parking: ~$20/day or you can stop at the UNLV Parking Office and get a weekly visitor pass for $10.75. It will let you park in the Thomas & Mack Parking lot. You can also park for FREE at the Hard Rock Hotel and it's about a 0.7 mile walk to the arena.
Men's Tournament Website: https://themw.com/sports/2018/8/15/champ-mbball-19.aspx
Women's Tournament Website: https://themw.com/sports/2018/8/15/champ-wbball-19.aspx
Team Hotel: South Point
Venue: Thomas & Mack Center, 4505 S Maryland Pkwy, Las Vegas, NV 89154
USU Alumni Tailgate
The alumni team will be hosting an all-Aggie tailgate 90 minutes prior to each men's and women's basketball games. Each event will be located in the southeast corner of the White Lot of the Thomas & Mack Arena—look for our Aggie trailer, tents, and flags. There will be finger foods and soft drinks available at each event and there is no better place to meet fellow Aggies, the Spirit Squad and Big Blue and our awesome Aggie Marching Band.

Re: 2019 Mountain West Tournament Information
Did I hear it right over the radio that Hartwell said the USU allotment of tourney tickets are sold already?

That is what I heard as well. They also said for everyone to just go down and there will be tickets.

There will be lots of tickets down there. Don't let that be the reason that you don't go.

Based on who KenPom thinks will win the rest of the games, here is what the most likely outcome of the bracket will look like:

Re: 2019 Mountain West Tournament Information
So Wyoming will only sell to Wyoming season ticket holders. SDSU claims their tickets are for SDSU games only. I don't see how that can be but the guy was adamant. Trying Air Force now.

Re: 2019 Mountain West Tournament Information
I was told that Nevada fans started buying up the Wyoming tickets so they locked it down. Their fans typically travel well.
As for what the SDSU person said, the student tickets only get you into SDSU games but the all session pass should get you into everything.
If all else fails, the ticket link in the first post has upper bowl seats for $220 and $250. You'll most likely be able to move down for most games.

Re: 2019 Mountain West Tournament Information
Ok so Air Force was a little difficult to get an understanding of how/when I would receive the tickets. The gal said they would be mailed out but was unsure when that would take place. I called SDSU back and after some discussion with a couple different folks they figured out that the all session tickets were in fact for all games. I bought 2 tickets and they are being mailed out today!

The time for the championship is 3 not 6 right? I know someone that will be very mad if it’s at 6. I think his flight home is 6:30.

Re: 2019 Mountain West Tournament Information
It will be at 12PM or 6PM, depending on what happens with Reno's last game. If Reno beat SDSU, then it will be at 6PM. If SDSU wins, then it will be at 12PM.

Re: 2019 Mountain West Tournament Information
Can someone explain to me how the rows work? They're all alphabetical. Is there numbered rows somewhere? And what's row 1, Row A? So Row D would be Row 4?
I want to buy tickets online but I have no idea about the rows.

Re: 2019 Mountain West Tournament Information
Row A is about 7 rows up. I believe the rows in front are double lettered and I don't think they start with AA. If you've seen pictures, there is a railing that goes around and the first row behind the railing is Row A.Roy McAvoy wrote:Can someone explain to me how the rows work? They're all alphabetical. Re: 2019 Mountain West Tournament Information
Here's a typical row layout. As PA mentioned, there is a railing separating the double lettered rows in front.
