Re: Wake looking good
Did you look at the stats? Wake has completely shut Carolina down.
You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.

Re: Wake looking good
Yep something like 2 first downs for NC in the 1st half. Wake comes out conservative at halftime.

Re: Wake looking good
The ref ruled his forward progress had stopped in bounds. You can see him wind his arm to keep the clock going.sneed wrote:Weird rule. UNC should have had another play. Running back should have got out of bounds way faster though.

Re: Wake looking good
I can't find any reports on a specific injury. I remember the announcers said he had shoulder surgery and ours was good first game back. Maybe he's having issues.

Re: Wake looking good
He hasn't played since we played them. He was a big part of their Offense, that dude is a Horse and they still are winning without him. I'd say this makes us look pretty good. Now we need to prove it on the road in San Diego.
Re: Wake looking good
Even worse then - should have stopped the clock while they set the chains.QuackAttackAggie wrote:The ref ruled his forward progress had stopped in bounds. Re: Wake looking good
It looked to me like he stepped out of bounds with 1 second on the clock. Is that enough time to set up and snap a play when the clock starts again?
This post is likely straight up poor sarcasm and cannot be taken seriously.

Re: Wake looking good
That win vs Wake would have been huge! Makes me go crazy thinking how close we were to winning. Wake may end up 2nd behind Clemson in the ACC Atlantic.

Re: Wake looking good
Wake is a solid team. It is giving me a little more confidence going forward. We need the SDSU game badly, I am hoping the team comes out with guns blazing.
