Rollie looks to be a good signing but I don't have a clue....

I admit, I'm more excited about Ashworth than I am Worster. Time will tell.

Exactly, time will tell. Ashworth began to make a name for himself by performing at a very high level against some very difficult competition. Worster is the type of gritty athlete that this program has built itself on. If you guys like the tenacity of Justin Bean and the alpha dog leadership of Sam Merrill, then you will love Rollie Worster. I'm hoping we have a surprise signing this week.Roy McAvoy wrote: ↑November 14th, 2019, 8:20 amI admit, I'm more excited about Ashworth than I am Worster. Time will tell.

Re: 2020 Hoops Early Signing Period: Who We Are Expecting
My best guesses would be someone that has already visited so perhaps Dallin Hall or Nigel John? I don't have anything 100% solid right now.ThunderAggie wrote: ↑November 14th, 2019, 9:37 amAny info you could release on this potential surprise signee?aggies22 wrote: ↑November 14th, 2019, 9:31 amHonestly, I'm not sure right now.Real Life Aggie wrote: ↑November 14th, 2019, 9:16 amWhat position would this potential surprise signing play?aggies22 wrote: ↑November 14th, 2019, 8:56 amExactly, time will tell. Re: 2020 Hoops Early Signing Period: Who We Are Expecting
So it wasn't "I'm hoping we have a surprise signing this week" and you had Player X in mind. It was "I'm hoping we have a surprise signing this week" and that someone that we've been working with signs, though there isn't anything solid.aggies22 wrote: ↑November 14th, 2019, 9:47 amMy best guesses would be someone that has already visited so perhaps Dallin Hall or Nigel John? Re: 2020 Hoops Early Signing Period: Who We Are Expecting
I was hoping we'd get a surprise signing out of Sky View High School, but he did the expected thing and "big timed" the local program by signing with Utah. We'll see how that goes after his mission.
I have heard that we are possibly in on another international big man. So that would be awesome. Nigel John would be a nice pick-up, but I think he believes he can sign at a higher level. Dallin Hall would be a nice pick-up. He was in the Spectrum a week ago.

What are the chances we get Hall? I know his high school coach really well but he won’t crack on what Hall is leaning toward. The only thing he will divulge is USU wants him and is making that known to him. He says Hall is a legit D1 athlete. He plays high school ball down the street but unfortunately I haven’t been able to watch him play yet.

From what I've been led to believe, Mason will go on a mission. Once he returns, his buddy at Utah Rylan Jones will be a senior, if he is still there at all (transfers happen all the time). I think that once Mason actually thinks about it, enrolling and playing at Utah for just one season with Rylan will no longer seem so appealing. I think we'll still end up seeing Mason in Aggie blue and white.AggiesForever wrote: ↑November 14th, 2019, 12:50 pmI was hoping we'd get a surprise signing out of Sky View High School, but he did the expected thing and "big timed" the local program by signing with Utah. I wonder if we could arrange for him to play both sports at Utah State...
