Utah-BYU
Looks like Childs is back. BYU up 41-33 at half and Child’s has 18pts. They are going to be tough to beat and likely would be a Q1 win. We need Queta in that game to offset Childs. After losing to St Mary’s I think we need this win to bolster our resume.

Going to OT. I think Utah will wins this since most of BYUs guys are in foul trouble with Haws already fouled out.

That's what it looked like but some people said he was grabbing his ankle. No one was near him when he went down.ThunderAggie wrote: ↑December 4th, 2019, 8:09 pmI think he is just having leg cramps. Re: Utah-BYU
Didn’t know he got hurt. Did notice he wasn’t on the stat sheet anywhere. I was rooting for USU and was hoping our future opponents were winning their games. I was not rooting for either BYU or Utah. Haha.

I see that you, too, are a man of distinction and refinement. BYU-Provo can go choke on a big one any day.UtahStizzle wrote: ↑December 5th, 2019, 11:50 amDon't care if it hurts our RPI I just love seeing Byu lose
I differ from many on the boards here. I don't dislike the U. I'll cheer for them in any game that they aren't playing us. I don't know if it's because I just lack the same animosity towards them as the Y-holes, or if it's because when they succeed, I know how much it rankles BYU-Provo.
I almost cried for joy last night when the U beat BYU-Provo because I didn't think they had a chance. And now they've beat them this year in the only two sports that really matter. It's so excellent.
*Edited to include proper name for BYU-Provo, to make posting less ambiguous

Re: Utah-BYU
This goes against my personal dislike of any threads dealing with either BYU-P or Utah without a direct relevance to USU, but I will weigh in nevertheless to note that there are only two college teams I cheer against no matter what: BYU-P and Notre Dame. Favorite teams: USU, BYU-P's opponent, and Notre Dame's opponent. I also cheer for the schools my kids attend, but other than that, I really don't care what happens with any team -- except to the extent it helps the Aggies.

Re: Utah-BYU
I despise them both and only watched to see how BYU-P is looking prior to our game with them. However, as the saying goes that truth is revealed under pressure, I found myself unwittingly cheering for the red team even despite their tool of a coach. It’s just against my nature to want anything good to happen for the powder blue team — under any circumstances. I had to be true to myself.....

Re: Utah-BYU
I was hoping it would go to about 17 more overtimes and all players would foul out so the game would end in a tie after all redshirts were burned up in their pride!

Here's Popes' quote on the Referees: "I thought the officials were amazing," said Pope, maintaining as straight a face as possible in an obvious ploy of sarcasm. "That's probably the best crew that’s ever set foot on the planet. I’ll tell you this: a really brave and courageous crew. That crew, I would take them every single game; they’re amazing."
What a tool.

Spoken like a true Zoobie. BYU-Provo and their fans are lucky to have such a condescending and classless tool.RigAggie wrote: ↑December 5th, 2019, 1:40 pmHere's Popes' quote on the Referees: "I thought the officials were amazing," said Pope, maintaining as straight a face as possible in an obvious ploy of sarcasm. Did anyone see that Pope didn’t shake Crisco’s hands after the game. Crisco handled it very well. Word of thought that guy could look like a saint?

Typical of BYU-Provo to exude such levels of classiness.RigAggie wrote: ↑December 5th, 2019, 1:40 pmHere's Popes' quote on the Referees: "I thought the officials were amazing," said Pope, maintaining as straight a face as possible in an obvious ploy of sarcasm. Re: Utah-BYU
Sounds like a large sized Toolson the Fan trash talker needs a poster picture. Yelling at fans, or whatever he did. Also a big poster of a firm handshake since Pope must not know how to do it.
