I thought SLB's post was funny.
You get it. It was slightly informative and silly. I felt the earlier comments were a bit insulting to everyone that have put updates here.
Did you think my post was serious? It was not intended to be insulting. I was simply having fun to show how much of a stretch it was to pretend it was USU related. Otherwise, we must alert everyone that we will not be playing BYU on December 12 because they will be playing U of U in Provo that day.

We now know the Weber State game is happening on one these periods of time: before Myrtle Beach, Thanksgiving week, in between Dixie State game and the Mississippi State game, or after Christmas. Outside chance of early Dec depending on how conference scheduling goes

The Myrtle Beach tournament may be a fun one to attend. Looks like you could see three games in three days.
Actually 4 days
Four days even better. Gives you time to see things.

I am going to go out on a limb and say it will be after Dec 17, but before Dec 19.

Are we playing Eastern Oregon again on Dec 28th?
We have played them two years in a row on the same day.

I hope we never play Eastern Oregon again. Would much rather play a Big Sky or WAC school.

Just hope there is a season that starts on time. Colleges are debating whether to go online again for Fall Semester and that would postpone the college basketball season if it gets played at all.

I would have shared this view, but Eastern Oregon showed they had some game when they defeated Oregon Tech a few weeks after we played them. They grew and came together a team after we played them. They wouldn't take prisoners if they played us next year. Revenge would be on their mind.

I was under the impression that this thread was exclusively focused on USU's 2020-21 schedule. However, since we are announcing other school's schedules, it looks like Waldorf University is scheduled to play Calumet College of St. Joseph on November 20. That would be a day that USU will not be playing either school. I am on the edge of my seat to find out if this means that we will be playing another team on November 20, or if we won't even have a game at all on that day. The suspense is just killing me.
is there a chance we'd play Waldorf U at their place? That's under 2 hours from home. One of my employees played FB there in the late 90's #WarriorNation

I have seen many schedule updates for other schools. Is there any Aggie schedule update?
I, too, would like more info here. Haven't some of our updates come from other schools who state that they're going to play us?
We are usually the last to release our schedule on a yearly basis.
We are going to look like sages by being late to announce this year. While everyone else will suffer the disappointment of a season canceled, our fans will not even have a schedule to be excited about in the first place. We will be the least disappointed fan base in the country -- no exciting transfers coming in, and no exciting non-conference games to get worked up over.
Let us not forget the most important returner for this next year is Coach Smith!!! #GATA

December schedule breakdown appears to be
Dec.1- @ Davidson
Dec. 5 - BYU
2nd week in Dec.- in-conference game(s)
Dec. 15 - Dixie State
Dec. 18- unknown (I know someone said something about Weber State on Dec. 18th which may or may not be true)
Dec. 21- Mississippi State (in Florida in an event game)
Dec 28- TBD (my guess Eastern Oregon)
Dec 31- Conference schedule starts

I like the Dec 5th game against BYU. It is a Saturday night game with students in session. Should be a great one. Are we have conference games the 2nd week of December? We did that this past year, but that was supposedly just a one off due to the construction expo.

Weren't the December conference games a 1 year thing? The MW Tourney was a week early last year which required fitting a couple of games in early but next year things are scheduled to be back to normal.

Pretty much every conference has moved or moving to having the extra two in-conference games in early December.

Local games are becoming more common in the country.
Which opponent(s) should we play out of this group of schools: SUU, UVU, Utah, Idaho State, Montana, and/or Montana State?

I selfishly hope we play Eastern Oregon again since I have a cousin that will be going there, and I want to be able to talk trash to him. I'd bet with him on the game and give him 40 points! And offer to buy him a steak at this expensive restaurant in Boise if Eastern Oregon wins!

For big sky teams I wouldn’t mind seeing a home and home with Montana.

I’d take any of last year’s top 3 Big Sky teams, namely Eastern Washington, Northern Colorado, or Montana. Even NAU, Portland State, or SUU would be ok.
