Big Night for the MW!!

Post by nvspuds » November 18th, 2020, 10:54 pm

Congrats to the 4 young men who were drafted tonight..It is really really really hard to get drafted in the NBA.

I believe this ties the record for most MW players taken in a single draft.

Just off the top of my head..I don't think any player from the AAC or the WCC was drafted tonight..

The A10 got one

Whatever conference Charleston plays in got a player.

Just a really nice day...

AAC had 2.
WCC had 0.
Big East had 2.
A-10 had 1.
Big 12 like the MWC had 4.
Charleston is in the CAA.

As long as no bougars or pukes were taken, I'm happy.

You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.

I was really surprised that 4 were drafted, I figured at the most 3. Also , surprising that Jessup and to a lesser extent Harris were taken ahead of Sam.

Although draft order matters in conversation, signing matters in the long run. And I don't know that many signed earlier than Sam.
