Available Tickets for BYU
I kind of forgot about getting on this morning and didn't get online to purchase tickets until 8:10. At that time there was no available tickets in sections A, B, F, G, H, J, K, L, M, N, V, and X and only single tickets in C and U. There were less than 100 tickets left. I can't believe 1500 tickets were sold in 10 minutes online, so there was probably some gifting going on - but if you are hoping for tickets, they may be tough to find.
Re: Available Tickets for BYU
If anyone has their friends or family flake on tickets purchased, please let me know, and I will buy them from you. My time to purchase from the ticket office is not until 3:00, so I am not very hopeful there there will be any left at that point. I am looking for two if possible, but I will buy one if that is all there is.

Re: Available Tickets for BYU
I believe that 500 of the 1500 went to students so there were only really 1000 left for season ticket holders to grab. It seems reasonable to me that they'd go super fast to season ticket holders that want to see a game against an in-state rival that only makes it to Logan every 3 years.

Re: Available Tickets for BYU
I was told 1600 would go on sale today. I believe those were separate from the student tickets, but I could be misinformed. It is definitely possible, if every fan bought their allotted 6, it would have taken 250 fans in 10 minutes, so 25 fans per minute purchasing. There were about 100 left when I got on at 8:10

Dang it, my purchase session is at noon which looks like there may not be any tickets left. I am just glad they are selling well. While it won't be a true home court advantage like we usually have even having ~1600-2000 fans can make a difference.

I understand that season ticket holders help pay for the program, and want to see the game, but I would love it if all 1,500 fans in attendance were students.

Re: Available Tickets for BYU
That would be awesome - but based on the past few years, I'm not sure they can get that many students to a game. I thought 500 was probably apropos. The other situation the athletic department has to balance is the lack of any other way for fans to watch the game since it will not be televised.Mr. Sneelock wrote: ↑December 3rd, 2020, 9:25 amI understand that season ticket holders help pay for the program, and want to see the game, but I would love it if all 1,500 fans in attendance were students.

Just got mine and there weren’t many left, I think he said 15 talked to a student on Tuesday and he said he had to go early to get in line to get his seat, he was pretty stoked about how much excitement there was for the game.

Wait in line for a ticket? All I had to do was register online for my student ticket and then show up to the game on Saturday with my ID card.newtonianblue wrote: ↑December 3rd, 2020, 10:16 amJust got mine and there weren’t many left, I think he said 15 talked to a student on Tuesday and he said he had to go early to get in line to get his seat, he was pretty stoked about how much excitement there was for the game.

Re: Available Tickets for BYU
Even though all the students were sent home I bet they would still get 1500 for a BYU game. I have friends who are driving back to Logan just for this game. To be honest though with the students being so spread out I don't know if they will make as much noise. My guess is a lot of students will sit and watch the game...Chupamedia wrote: ↑December 3rd, 2020, 9:52 amThat would be awesome - but based on the past few years, I'm not sure they can get that many students to a game. Yeah I have a hard time believing we couldn’t get 1590 students if that were not an option.
Let’s beat those losers.

Re: Available Tickets for BYU
We would easily get 1500 students for a game against BYU. 1500 students for a game against anyone else is a different story.
I would understand saying students only for BYU, then dropping to 500 students to 1000 public for other games.

Re: Available Tickets for BYU
Got my tickets at 10:03a and barley got them. My time slot was 12-3 !! That's between you and I. Feel very lucky!
So does this count as a "sell-out"? Should....Give CS a bonus!! Oh wait, he won't even be there. haha.
