Re: Question for those out of state
Not Mormon, I don't go to any church, and I live in Europe, so there is never any discussion about college football on Sundays. When I was Mormon growing up, actively attending weekly, and living in the States, no one really ever talked about BYU on Sundays that I can recall. But I wasn't really pa...

I really hope the GUI and options in the "Franchise Mode" are good. Madden always disappoints me in this area. Fifa is pretty good in this aspect I want to have on depth recruiting control, assistant coach hiring options, NIL choices, transfer portal, scheme choices, I want to be able to berate fans...

This kids eligibility clock is going to be WILD. He walked on at utah in 2020 as a true freshman. That's a free year of COVID eligibility. It appears he went on a mission. He returned to utah as a walk-on in 2023 AGAIN as a true freshman. He will join the Aggies as a walk-on in 2024 as a redshirt f...

Guess the Cavs coach got confused between Sam Merrill and Kentavious Caldwell Pope, may as well put a traffic cone in there, Merrill just standing in the corner on offense and defense. (I can't express myself without swearing) joke of a coach

Re: Doug Gottlieb now a head coach
Lol, this is funny. I listen to Doug probably 3 times a week, I usually like his takes, and he's generally complementary of the MW. He is walking into a legit disaster, and had no major HC experience. He was an advisor to Ok State this past year, so that's something. Should be a fun drama to watch f...

Re: I'm Playing GM for the Utah Jazz Kind of long
Jazz end up with the 10th pick. The "trade two superstars in their prime" strategy is sure working out for the BYU boys. What a joke It's tough, gotta get lucky in the draft, and catch a couple free agents for good deals. Jazz used up their luck with Gobert and Mitchell. Not getting to the finals w...

Away games are my favorite way to travel. Usually go to somewhere that's not a destination, tickets aren't usually a big cost, and you have 1.5 days just to see the local sights.

We would be damn near done recruiting had we stayed in contact with Chris Cox, Terrence Hill, and Kase Wynott. Had we stayed in contact with Terrence and kase would we have had a good shot? Adebayo is 26. I would take him. I also like Dejounte Murray, Kyle Kuzma, Miles Bridges. No single one of these guys helps much. Need to get 1 star in the draft first, then the clock is ticking. Boston drafted Tatum and Brown, Minnesota drafted Ant, etc. Unless you hit in the draft, you can be mid a...

well, the TP closes tomorrow; where is superstar Legas going to end up? Walk on at ybu? NMSU? Where pray tell? Portal closing only means that no one else can enter after that time period. Re: We need to find tough opponents in non-conference play
The MWC is struggling with the transfer portal, so we need to find tough opponents in non-conference play to help with the strength of schedule. Mixed feelings on that one. A mostly softer pre-conference schedule was good for us last year I think, new faces, new coach, wins always look good. But if...
