I can’t comprehend choosing UW over Kentucky or Louisville, but wish him the best! Depending on the weather when he made his visit, Seattle can be a very convincing choice over Louisville. Oh Seattle’s super nice, but UW’s basketball program is just a turd and an afterthought if you’re comparing to...

I'm not sure why I would give much credence to a writer who ranked USU as the seventh best team in the conference heading into the MW tournament last year. Maybe he foresaw the OT vs FSU and crapping the bed vs SDSU. Awesome year but the MWC tourney was a low point. Yeah, hate to say it, but we wer...

Abu was a beast. I loved watching him run after he recovered from his knee injury. If Abu doesn't blow out his knee just before the '93 season, we would have won ten games that year - flipping last second losses into wins against Utah, Baylor and UNR because we could have controlled the ball; ended...

So is there any credibility to UNC pursuing Great now too? You name the Power 4 school, there's credibility to them trying to get him. His interest in them is what will vary from school to school. Osobor was great for USU. Showed up, won conference player of the year and helped us win only our second tournament game since the Spectrum was built. I'm not going to fault a kid for making money unless he goes to a rival.

Re: does having more pro-Sports in Utah help to raise USU's profile

The answer is yes. The media world can't ignore Utah anymore because the bottom of Utah County to the top Cache County is now in the millions of people (the area is not that big to have that many people. Utah State and Utah would be the biggest winners in this because both schools can promote thems...

I'm posting for a friend. Top 10 of the MWC maybe. Not much of a feat. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk I should have been more specific. My friend said top 10 in the Coaches Poll. Btw, preseason polls in sports don't mean $hit to my friend. However, political polls are important to him. :stirpot...

When I first heard about NIL my first thought was that I was OK with it. I saw Justin Bean advertising for USU credit union and taco time and getting paid for his services. I’m not the leader of the Blake fan club, but in terms of on-field stuff, there’s zero reason to fire Blake. There’s also zero chance that USU does this from a financial perspective. I won’t tell other people what to talk about, but this discussion is futile. Yeah this is a message board and I'll n...

Let’s pump the brakes on this a little. Smith, Odom, and Sprinkle are all good coaches. Calhoun hasn’t coached a game at Utah State yet. Agreed. But I'm petty. Therefore, I enjoy the fact that neither Smith or Odom have made the tourney since they left USU. And none of our players/recruits have fol...

I’m happy that he used “a part of” correctly, instead of saying “apart of.” But those players in the portal are apart of the team.
I'm happy that he used "grateful" instead of "greatful". He did a good job with the commas, too.
