Great Osobor is not going to Washington. They have now two players that would play the same position as Osobor (no where near the level of Osobor), but the two players are probably expecting starter type of minutes.
Probably not. After Sprinkle gets fired this Summer, Osobor will look elsewhere.

Re: Great Osobor

I’m not going to waste any energy defending people that don’t care a lick about Utah State. But by all means go right ahead. Almost every coach doesn't care about USU other than elevating their own standing in the coaching world and getting the next paycheck. We all know coaches are mercenaries, as...

Re: Nate Dixon

Has a short term USU assistant ever been talked about more than Dixon? What is the fascination with the guy. 100% responsible for any and every signing during the Ryan Odom era. Very well connected from coast to coast. Most don't realize he was on the back-to-back National Champion Florida Gators s...

Re: Great Osobor

I'm not really seeing these Sprinkle "haters". There are several posters that have stated (and some well before the end of the year) that he is/was not well liked by players and many did not appreciate how he went about using what they were doing as players, as a team, to further his own career dur...

Re: Great Osobor

I have first hand knowledge from a number of players who weren't big fans of Danny. I do too 🤷‍♂️. He had success this year, no doubt, time will tell if he was actually the reason. Sprinkle stabbed them in a back, and team lost a step and consistency late in the season because Sprinkle stop coachin...

Re: Sam

The team really ignores Sam it feels like. A lot of ball hogging and it’s showing in the loses I think. I think it is indicative of the entire NBA. I can't even stand watching it; PG brings the ball up the court, drives and if he can't finish, he tries kicking the ball out to someone. Not just Clev...

Players aren't the best judges of good coaches

Welcome to sports, every guy thinks he should get more playing time, shots etc. A lot think the coach is clueless because they aren't getting what they want. Sprinkle pushed all the right buttons for a year. Could he have continued it, we will never know but players opinions mean very little. Playe...

I'm not sure why I would give much credence to a writer who ranked USU as the seventh best team in the conference heading into the MW tournament last year. Abu was a beast. I loved watching him run after he recovered from his knee injury. The answer is yes. The media world can't ignore Utah anymore because the bottom of Utah County to the top Cache County is now in the millions of people (the area is not that big to have that many people. Utah State and Utah would be the biggest winners in this because both schools can promote thems...
