Re: Remaining Scholarships

In hindsight it would’ve been well worth blowing a scholie on Jayden Welling to be able to land Carter Welling. He would’ve been an excellent backup at the 5 and would’ve pushed for starter minutes by year end. Instead we’ll get a raw freshman SF and a bpa big no one wants. We’re going to be super ...

Re: Remaining Scholarships

We need a starting 4 and Akanno/Uduje I think Fish starts at the 4. Fish is our stretch 4 and I also expect him to start. Me too. Fish needs to hit the weight room this summer. Maybe Anderson is too good to come off the bench and Calhoun goes with a big lineup with Ian at the 2, Anderson at 3, Fish...

Re: Sam

The team really ignores Sam it feels like. A lot of ball hogging and it’s showing in the loses I think. Especially Garland. He'll look off a wide open Merrill and take an off-balance shot with 3 guys in his face. Still the thing that bugs me the most is Merrill is only given random spot minutes and...

Has a short term USU assistant ever been talked about more than Dixon? What is the fascination with the guy.
Just an odd scenario where he openly liked Cache Valley enough to stay, despite not getting the HC gig he went after.
Too bad he has to live in Reno 🤢🤮

Not to get crazy with the comparisons, but ID reminds me a bit of a poor man's Zion Williamson. Obviously not a 1 and done 1st overall pick in the draft but the size, motor, and physical style are along similar lines. I also think ID and Templin will have some fun competition and battles in practic...

Nemi is the real measuring stick, but Great was pretty great also.
I wish Nemi could've faced Edey. Older Nemi really figured out how to not foul as much, use his hands vertically
Wouldn't have mattered, they'd still called fouls on Nemie.

Guys, I don't really think it's worth squabbling over a couple inches....no one will think any less of you. Back to Isaac though, does anyone know his wingspan? Looks pretty impressive in that photo. As Great taught us, a little girth can make up for that missing length. They say for smaller guys t...

Good offer, but the only way his dad would ever be able to watch him play in person would be at BYU. 1000-1 odds he ends up there (or 1-1000....whichever one means it's essentially certain). Now, USU could have a good chance on the secondary market in the future, so it's always good to keep these r...

You should also consider the circumstances. Barnes was committed for years now, it seems bad form to pull his offer after all this time.
