Re: WE SHOULD WELCOME OUR AGGIES HOME
I think celebrating the team returning is more about what they accomplished this year and less about next year. If you need to lick your wounds and rain on everyone’s parade you can do that privately.

Re: Stats Board in Spectrum
I heard through a friend who heard from a friend that they are “broken” and they ordered new ones. However, they are on back order from the supplier and likely won’t show up till next year.

They reached out to do some community outreach and service. Lol no money was given on our end. Just the players volunteering to come and spend time with the kids.

I’ve got to say, the 11 players that came to Providence that day are great guys. The kids and teachers both had very good things to say about them. Meeting these dudes just made me way more excited for the season. Go Aggies!

If the Hurd doesn’t have atleast 20 people dressed up in baseball attire behind the basket then I’m gonna call it a massive failure on the HURD committees part.

Can someone teach Odom how to call a freaking time out? Runs of 17-0 and 10-0. This is not a new thing. He loves to watch good leads get squandered before trying something.

I remember a certain Boise player flipping off the student section after beating us in the Spectrum. Probably because we called the tubby player “Duncan Donuts” all game. We def deserved it lol. But an “apology” from Duncan was issued shortly afterwards. I know we shouldn’t be upset about Webers beh...

Re: Rough Day for Shulga?
The Spectrum should do a upper half blue and lower half yellow - out at the game tomorrow in support of Shulga. That would be really cool, even if it was just the student section. They could have blue and yellow pieces of paper on each student seat and the students could hold them up at the same ti...

I’ve been trying to find a flag for a bit now. When we held up a Portuguese flag for neemy and Brito they LOVED it. They even came and got pictures with us later. Could go a long way. I’m looking into getting something like blue and yellow papers to go along with the student section turning into th...

Rough Day for Shulga?
I have to ask for some info about our favorite Ukrainian on the team. Does he still have family in Ukraine? How long has it been since he has lived there? That’s got to be mentally tough on a kid who is trying to play ball, take care of his studies and worry about home. Any way to show support if ne...

Re: Spectrum Magic Tips?
I saw some issues with the Hurd leaders today that didn’t look good. But I don’t know what it was about. Under the Smith years the Hurd President and VP did a pretty good job of not letting the HURD committee abuse their power to reserve seats in front of paying Hurd Premium members. I’m guessing th...

Spectrum Magic Tips?
I am just as happy as anyone to watch our Aggies clobber another team. It just feels like we are getting back to our Spectrum Magic ways. The student section has had better attendance this year than perhaps any other in the last ten years. Which is remarkable considering they weren’t allowed to be f...

Re: SDSU rivalry
My favorite part about “The Show” is that they genuinely believe they started the “I Believe” chant. There multiple articles written and they all say the same thing. Navy created it. USU perfected it. And then came SDSU bragging about starting it several years later.

I have wondered the same thing for this year. Like, I knew maybe money was tight due to COVID from last year? But even the dumb time out entertainments aren’t being done. Such as 3 point contests, bungee cord battle and other stuff that should have no cost. Is it just a low effort thing? Weber had s...

He cracked us up when discussing an over the top call he received during a rebounding play. He went straight up for the rebound and came down with it only to be called for the over the top on one of their shorter players. At the end of his exchange with the ref he blurted out. “But he is SMALL”. See...

They're all claiming we were touching during in bounds plays. The people behind the basket all know that touching players is not allowed. The people up front came close but again, Nevada is just trying to find excuses If that was happening then why didn't the refs do anything about it? Why didn't t...

Re: Petition to Stop Hurd Premium
Maybe for the last few games the HURD Premium should switch to more of an ambassador role...get out and find never/ever or semi-interested students, and invite them down into the first few rows. Get them informed on chants and opposing players/coaches. Spread out in the higher seats, and talk to th...

Re: Petition to Stop Hurd Premium
I really doubt that HURD Premium is preventing students from attending games. As has been mentioned several times in this thread, this is a new program installed this year and so far it doesn't look like it's done anything in increase OR decrease attendance in the student section. Attendance looks ...
