Re: Great Osobor
Following a Coach that turned you from a 6th man into the Player of the year in a better conference. Revolved the whole offense around you. Seems like a no brainer Yeah, not buying there is much "damage" between Osobor and Sprinkle. Osobor has played with Sprinkle at 2 different schools going to th...

Re: Great Osobor
I have a conspiracy theory that Great is intentionally dragging out the process so all the spots and money dries up and he has to say "oh dang, everybody filled their spots, I guess I'll go back to Utah State." AGAIN 100% CONSPIRACY THEORY. I do think it is odd that he's been taking this tour of th...

Re: Great Osobor
Hearing Great to Texas Tech is pretty much a done deal, but I don’t trust anything til @aggies22 confirms it. I'd put my money on Louisville and as much as I can't believe I'm going to say this, Washington as a dark horse. I'll bet Great himself feels the same way. I honestly don't believe he began...

Wasn't this the same video they showed on College Gameday? Yep, it's months old but for some reason they put it back up on ESPN again. I believe since this video was made Blake has only suffered more loss. His brother Bryan (that Cason was living with in Texas) also passed away on April 20th after ...

I've been watching some game video and lots of interviews with him. He clearly liked his visit to Logan the first time around and even mentioned having gone to a few games in the Spectrum. When he appeared on byu sports nation last November he was asked who came in 2nd place in his recruitment he sa...

Re: Great Osobor
I can't imagine a scenario where Great would play at another MWC school. If he stays in the conference, he would be best positioned to return to the defending championship team where he already has friends and a court chemistry with players. I would also be shocked if Osobor ended up at UW. I get th...

Re: Current State of USU Basketball
Is it just me or does Burns have one of the fastest releases you've seen? 32.3% from 3 for a 6'9 guy is decent. He also plays in the paint. Let's get him. Are you being facetious? He literally has one of the slowest wind up shooting motions I have ever seen. The final flick of the ball from his han...

Unless we sign a taller athletic wing I do think we lose some athleticism and specific defensive skills from Josh. Hopefully we replace those things with the final roster spots.

I certainly don't want to end up playing against him. Mostly because I don't want to root against him. I want to remember him as the true blooded Aggie that stepped up in a bowl game on a national stage when we needed him and then did whatever was asked of him every year after that.

Re: Transfer QB Offer
Coop played a lot of football and started a lot of games for an average QB. It's weird how people think he was so unfairly treated. BA is the OC and Legas limited the playbook. He could make one read and he held the ball too long. I know his completion % is amazing throwing 1 yard screens or jump b...

Re: Transfer QB Offer
I think it is just a case of Coop saying enough is enough. As we all know, he's been used as a scapegoat, he's been treated unfairly when it comes to playing time or starting numerous times over several seasons, and yet he has always taken the high road and been a team player. BA has even admitted p...

This one is a bit puzzling to me. For a coach that promotes the 3 ball and a team that desperately needs shooters...uh.. :headscratch: If he can't shoot then he needs to excel at something else but I'm not really sure what that is. In any case, I'll root for him since he's smart enough to want to be...

Washington? Being last on the list looks like a strategy to just get DS off his back. I'll be shocked if he ever makes that visit. My guess is he'll have made a decision before then and will cancel the remaining visits.

I do not think this situation is very complicated. For coaches and players alike... Whether you are a player or a coach, if you don't like getting booed, don't get blown out at home by lower division teams that have come to to your place for a payday. I've seen 80,000 crazed University of Nebraska ...
