Re: Isaac Davis to USU?

Not to get crazy with the comparisons, but ID reminds me a bit of a poor man's Zion Williamson. Obviously not a 1 and done 1st overall pick in the draft but the size, motor, and physical style are along similar lines. I also think ID and Templin will have some fun competition and battles in practic...

Re: Current State of USU Basketball

There are still 2 local kids on the roster that have proven they can get it done at this level. I liked the idea of Barnes and Cox but if Calhoun isn’t on board that’s his call. As has mentioned what he brings in better be above the players Cox and Barnes become.

Re: Current State of USU Basketball

Any word yet on Wynott @aggies22? His commitment might be more impact full than Great's. Lol an incoming freshman's commitment could be more impactful than the MW Player of the Year's? I guess he theoretically *could* be the next Steph Curry and also willing to stick around at Utah State for four y...

https://twitter.com/RivalsPortal/status/1777356919641907292 Aggies22 was right again. Sakho had some good moments. Would be happy if he decided to return for his senior season. He is solid back up center. Meh. Won't miss him. He's a foul machine. We don't beat San Francisco without him.

You just had a large number of international players generate millions of dollars for USU and we have folks upset that they took home a share of it because either they aren’t a citizen or because they are “entitled”

Re: Current State of USU Basketball

So we have 2 of 4 possible starters back and still have a chance on getting Great back and the best 6th man in the MWC back is Josh. Still, Mason, Fish, and Templin is a good start. What players in the portal are we confident are coming to USU? You really think Great stays? I can’t imagine we can c...

I'm really surprised by Javon. With Brown done and Hill now not coming you would think he would think he could make a run at the starting pg spot. Can't help but think Coach told him otherwise.

Count me as one maybe the one and only that still has hope for Jackson Grant. I've seen this kid play before and he has all the talent. He just needs to regain his confidence and he could be a real solid piece. I thought he was slow to react and always out of position. I just didn’t see it. A lot o...

I heard Sprinkle wasn’t going to bring back Phelps if he’d stayed. Apparently can’t shoot.
It's funny we all have our favorites in life. Based on what we saw from Max shooting wise Phelps must be Ben Simmons like from deep.

I hope Josh stays. He was the 4th sometimes 5th option scoring wise on last year's team. He has the ability to be much more a focal point of the offense and be a very strong two way player.

So how does one benefit by donating NIL money. If I don't own a business how can I benefit. Am I able to print tshirts with Great's face on in and sell them? Aren't I paying for a name image and likeness.

Contracts are going to be needed. If the NIL money being given to an athlete is tied to a years, games played, etc. If they are being treated as a professional athlete then they shouldn't be able to hit free agency every year unless they are signing 1 year agreements.

So many voted for a win vs. TCU knowing he would leave vs having him stay but losing to TCU. This has not only been expected for awhile most on here were ok with it by the time tipoff happened Friday night. Now the hope is like so many have said as that the next hire is a slam dunk as well.
