Re: Aggies22 indicating big news this evening

You gotta pay attention to 22’s subtle updates. The posts he likes and the quiet updates to his tracker. He’s giving great information away to those who listen. And that’s in addition to his big updates. I noticed that 22 didn't like this comment, but he did like the comment after... so you must be...

Re: Tucker Anderson

As of now, Calhoun looks like he’s going to have a fantastic problem of managing minutes with all this talent. I’m sure the dust will settle and some players will step up and others step down but on paper it’s looking like he’s gonna have a big challenge.

How much better do you like our Athletic Dept after seeing this hiring?

Hiring a coach isn’t an easy process. Time will tell, maybe Pope is successful but the initial optics aren’t great.

Re: What I hope we never see out of a coach we have

We are not Hofstra nor do we play in the CAA. In this day and age of NIL, I couldn’t see this being an excellent pitch for recruits. Similar to FCS or DIIs showing transfer success as a recruiting pitch. Obviously not the recruiting pitch for the brand MW basketball has/is building but a good pitch ...

I’m holding back my criticisms of everyone. My thoughts last year: Great didn’t start in the Big Sky. Mason and Isaac were red shirts. Javon was a DII player. Darius was only 3rd team Big Sky. Not a MW Championship caliber team. Hoping for the best with next year’s guys. Hopefully we keep the bulk o...

Sidenote: if Goodman doesn’t leak our coach announcement, it almost confirms that Sprinkles camp leaked the UW news. Probably leveraged the extension into a bigger offer for him. Kinda sucks but it’s smart business.

Andy Hill and Eric Brown really don't have much of a coaching connection to him. I've been told that Andy Hill had a long sit down with Diana yesterday.
Interesting. Sprinkle brought Andy Hill from Montana State, so I figured there was some sort of connection.

I’m liking the idea more and more of signing Andy Hill and the rest of the coaching staff as his assistants. Let’s just have as much continuity as we can.
It’s not that simple. Sprinkle will likely take all (or most) coaches and we won’t be able to compete from a salary perspective.

Keeping Our Guys

Players Thread. Sprinkle is officially gone. No more chatter about him, we’ve known for a month. The real question is who stays. I think he truly is focused on the next game, and is not looking forward.
