Re: Jacob Conover

This one is puzzling to me. There's not a single thing in his college career that indicates he's even an FCS-level player. I guess you've gotta fill the QB room somehow and have bodies in practice, but feels like we're scraping the bottom of the barrel here. This dude has been oozing with potential...

Re: Women's Basketball 2024-25

Two more staff updates for the team today: Joe Haigh, former head coach at Saint Francis. Did some really nice work there at a really tough place to win, and had them had them as a regular post season team before stepping away to spend more time with his family. Has bounced around as an assistant fo...

Lebron trusts his son and has won four NBA titles. Do I want the Jazz to take his college benchwarmer son in the NBA draft? No.

In no way, shape or form does Calhoun's brother have close to the resume of Stitz.

Huh. That's a definite head scratcher. I've never heard anything but glowing praise for Jimmy Stitz, and it seems like he's done a nice job. Perhaps he's leaving for another job?

Re: Great Osobor

I'm not really seeing these Sprinkle "haters". There are several posters that have stated (and some well before the end of the year) that he is/was not well liked by players and many did not appreciate how he went about using what they were doing as players, as a team, to further his own career dur...

Well we’re choosing a European tour instead this year. I didn’t think those were mutually exclusive? I think the only rule about these international trips is you can only do one every four years. At least that’s how it used to be. There may also be some rules about incoming freshmen only being able...

If you want to spin it that way, sure. What if I spin it like this? Danny came and one a conference championship in year one. Took a bench player and made him player of the year. Left for a huge pay day for him and his best player. Is that all people need to know? Haters gonna hate? Completely agre...

Seems like a pretty solid get. As harsh as I've been on this coaching staff for all the turnaround this season, I've been pretty impressed by the past few additions they've made. It does feel like this offense could have a chance to be fun.

It's life changing money and you have to take it. The downside is though as good a player as he is there will be no legacy for him here or anywhere else. He's just a mercenary. The legacy thing is so overplayed. I guess I can't speak for everyone, but I'll always hold every single player from last ...

Louisville has re-entered the picture with the current highest bid. Somewhere in the $1.3-1.5 million range. Perhaps his "agent" isn't such a dumba$$ after all. What kind of a “fraud” ensures their client gets the most money possible to play at a blue blood!! All I know is he's gone from a 250k off...

Great did exactly what he should do. He took every available visit to get as much money as possible then having those schools bid against each other for his services.

Might not be convenient for fans, but it’s the right move
