Re: Wesley Brooks Named Head WBB Coach

Do the women not play on Stew Morrill court? Why aren't we talking about the women's team on the main basketball forum? I've been vocal about the fact that women's sports deserves its own forum. Between basketball, volleyball, soccer, and gymnastics, I'm pretty sure that we could keep enough intere...

I find it more sad that some of these college kids aren’t clever enough to not get caught? To the point above, most college students break rules and do stupid stuff (though I never broke the law at that age). If you want to partake in the Devil’s Lettuce, or whatever the substance of this particular...

I have to think this was our doing. Maybe we had a non commitable offer to him. Have you ever spent a weekend in Isla Vista?...

In Danny’s words, Brown is one of his best friends. Well he also said he wanted to be like Stew at USU and we saw how long that lasted. He was. He won one NCAA tournament game during his time at Utah State. Such a wild stat. One has the court named after him, and the other was here for roughly 11 m...

TCU is a game we CAN win. If we are really good enough to be a 5 or 6 seed, we should be able to beat TCU.

Is Bradley not a Q2 loss? Or does that count as Q1? Also, are we Q1? How come Bradley is showing 0 Q1 wins in that case? :headscratch: Since it was at Bradley, we'd need to be top 30 NET for them to get a Q1, which could still happen. Bradley only needs to be top 75 NET for them to count as Q1 for ...

Why did we play at Fresno twice in the 20-21 season? I believe that season, due to covid, they scheduled games two in a row the same weekend (Thurs/Sat) and you either were the away team for both or got to play the same team twice at home. Check the schedule tab on the forum for that season to see ...

Templin may be the player I get most excited about. He is trying to find his role on this team and he is doing a great job of not trying to do too much. I do think there is much more to his game and once he is one of the go to guys we will see great things. I agree. I get good vibes from him and ho...

Shut down the football program and give it all to sprinkle. Don’t shut it down. Just require Anderson to give 500k to Sprinkle. If MBB wins 3x more games than football that season, then Blake gives Sprinkle 500k. They only need to be marginally better if at all to get 3x their wins. Maybe require t...

Teams in the top 25 8 of them have lost at least 3 games 4 of them have yet to win 10 games An example a top 25 team is Florida Atlantic who lost to Florida Gulf Coast and Bryant Another is 9-4 Gonzaga has zero top 25 wins. Another is 10-2 Auburn has zero top 25 wins. Hasn’t it always been a joke?
