Re: Logan High Sargent to WYO!
He is a good receiver with good size and good speed. He stated that he did not want to go to college in Logan, also our program is in a state of flux. Bohl has been at Wyoming for 6 or 7 years now he makes $600,000 more than what we pay our coach so he most likely will be there for some time. Wyomin...

Why do you guys always hit the panic button, I just don't understand our fans sometimes. It’s easy to understand, but you may not like the answer: We need someone to steady the ship. We had three good players transfer this week. Hopefully that helps. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk A new Head Co...

Re: Coaching Candidates
Keep in mind that Johnny did not really want coach A to begin so when this year started to go south he had some folks in mind and had contacts with. If he does not strike out on the top few candidates we could have a coach by seasons end.

This is why Hartwell needs to move on a new coach, sooner, rather than later. If Johnny can get who he wants you could learn around mid December. Re: No fans for New Mexico game either
Kinda dumb. If you go with 25% capacity and spread people out they're no more likely to get the 'rona than by going to the grocery store. It's 100% a liability move. Well, there's also the optics of hosting a gathering with thousands of people during a pandemic that is raging out of control. It's a...

I hope someone tells Maile that he is no longer on the team, otherwise he might try to put Shelley in as the starter against Wyoming. It was obvious to everyone except Maile that he shouldn’t have played against Fresno State, but he did it anyway, so being off the team might not stop him from namin...

Re: Jay Hill and Smashmouth football
I'd like to see a creative, aggressive, offense. I'm not much for "system" offenses that constrain creativity. This can apply to the spread too - I thought Yost's offense lacked creativity at times. My favorite offense is one like Boise runs - they'll do anything and often do. I think a creative, a...

Re: The OC and new system is the issue
There is plenty of problems with this team 2 big time fumbles inside the red zone took away a lot of juice in this game. We are not a very talented team. The new coach has his work cut out for him he needs to recruit a lot of kids into the system. He will be helped with the new transfer rules, so it...

How about R.B. fumble that changed the momentum ?The O is really bad on every level Receivers rarely open, they can drop balls for certain. O line is average at best. I think they're really missing out here by not creating a way to watch the game virtually sell out. Join all of Aggie Nation as we try to virtually sellout Maverik Stadium. With several ticket packages to choose from, you will have the chance to win some Utah State gear...

Re: Fcs coaches to fbs
I kind of think that one of the things an FCS head coach needs is some experience in an FBS program. If you look at Arslanian, the highest profile school he ever coached at was one year as a GA at Arizona State when there was no FCS/1-AA, and the Sun Devils were members of the WAC. Mick Dennehy had...

Too often the beancounters and the donors get in the way of our program building: both hate 2-for-1 deals, coupons, give-aways, and deep admission discounts. I get it, you don't want to devalue your product, but I've seen so many new product, line extention, and product reinvigoration progams over ...

I don't know what the AD knows or if he was comfortable with it. Here's the thing: if you want to be an employee at the university, even our university, there are donors who are big enough that if you piss them off, you'll be done. None of the above will be the new coach. I am not saying they should not get the job but they will not. Jay Hill very well may be a good possible hire, but I doubt he was much of a chance. Did Jay even get a interview last time out ?

Perhaps those that want to get rid of Gary should start a drive to buy out his contract before the 2021 season. Talk is cheap but it take money to buy whiskey.
Other programs have had fans do that very thing, perhaps it is time for that to happen here.

Lets start with Defense when you give up 400 yds rushing it goes beyond scheme, that happens when you get your azz kicked up front, we had kids in position to make tackles they simply did not get it done IMHO there is not a good linebacker on the team. There is one they bring off the bench that sho...

Guys you need to understand what the biggest issue is on this team is, first of all on Offense the O line is not doing well they are not strong enough to make the Offense run. W.R. on this team are average. T.E. is a disaster. R.B. is ok On the Defense again they are not strong enough up front to g...
