What the players claim was said is what happened. Very sad. 100% certain of that.

Re: Players voted against playing because of comments by President Cockett
From what I am hearing is that Cockett was referring to a “change of culture” as in locker room behavior, team attitude, and other things along those lines. The players heard the word “culture”and probably immediately thought it was Maile’s Religious and Polynesian culture. If this is true... :roll...

Re: Players voted against playing because of comments by President Cockett
Regardless the program will have serous damage. If the alleged comments by the president prove to be untrue big damage has already been done. If she did not say that and remains why in Hells name would she continue to pour money into the disaster. This program will suffer for a long time regardless ...

If there is a boycott, that will be a disaster for all those that take part. It will speed up the rebuild , which is needed.

Don't forget current USU position coaches Bojay Filimoeatu (ILB) and Justin Ena (OLB). Although BA (and we) may be looking for a clean sweep? In addition, I haven't been overly impressed with our LBs this year so far, so maybe we wouldn't want to consider these two anyway? I have suggested having B...

Those kind or comments are IMHO why this team is not all that great. I will leave it at that. 90% of those kids would not be picked up by any D-1 program. Sorry I completely disagree. We have awesome kids in the program and Bond is helluva player. Let me just say this of that list given of those on...

Liepold kind of gives me a Chuck Shelton vibe. Could be good or bad. Lewis excites me a bit more. Shelton vs any coaching prospect today is apples and oranges. Regardless of all if this, my uneducated hope at this point is for Leipold, Holtz, or Hill. I'd be happy with any of them. I wonder how much of this is being driven by public perception. Hartwell wanted to do a "national search". If the National search yields Jay Hill (a great hire, IMO I don't car...

Re: Ticket prices
USU has millions less in ticket purchased than what most of the MWC schools have. The part that bothers me is ticket revenue has had very little change since USU joined the MWC.The donations are up but that is most likely due because of the suite and club seats, of course I would think that increase...

Re: The Apology Curse
Well I guess that is the difference I do not think the apology has anything to do with the 9 in a row YBU has beaten USU in basketball. I just think that is a excuse for losing. I was once told the God favored YBU , perhaps that is the problem. I believe that about as much as I believe the curse.

Refs shouldnt be a part of the story- period. Granted, refs are human. But they do have a significant role. And although it is true that "refs aren't the sole reason a team loses because over the course of a game there are several factors" You could by the same logic make the argument that Jim Joyc...

Putz ole friend USU did not lose that game because of the ref's. USU lost because of 2- 13 on 3 point shots, and 20-29 foul shots. Wow!!The guy is the leading scorer play's 39 minutes. So no bad things to say about the guys that made 3 of 13 three point shots, or missed 9 foul shots out of 29 attempts. Re: Is Queta Kent Myers?
My question would be is Justin Bean as bad a offensive player as he was in this game, and we made 2 3 point shots all game I see much more wrong with this group than Queta, perhaps they need to shoot outside a bit to take pressure off the inside.

If people think that you are getting home cooking at Home, and if you are then that falls back on your school for putting up with it.
I do not think the ref's caused USU to lose the game we did that on our own.

According to Wikipedia (I know, take it with a few grains of salt), Wyoming has the largest endowment in the MWC at $550.9 million (and second smallest enrollment), with a nearly $100 million lead over New Mexico. USU is third at $375.4 million. Given our lack of law and medicine graduate programs,...

He is a good receiver with good size and good speed. He stated that he did not want to go to college in Logan, also our program is in a state of flux. Bohl has been at Wyoming for 6 or 7 years now he makes $600,000 more than what we pay our coach so he most likely will be there for some time. Wyomi...
