Re: Scrimmage thoughts
- Shaq Bond was playing with the 2’s and did make a few plays with the 2 INT’s among other other plays. There’s so much more going on than just those and I have no idea how he fared in coverage assignments and such. His pick 6 was from a Cooper Legas pass. I didn’t even notice Gunther, it seemed li...

Re: When do season tickets get mailed?
Only so many can get sent out at a time. A batch went out yesterday, some more today, and even more will go Monday. Everyone should have there’s by middle of next week! Books are also definitely still a thing. I know ordering late and a few other random factors result in getting loose tickets instea...

I'll continue to drink in the parking lot where the beer is cheap and the lines are non-existent. Also- I'd be lying if I said that myself and the fellow alums I attend games with don't regularly take our own beverages into the stadium. Our discretion has improved since we were undergrads, but it h...

Interesting to see Warren dropped down to third on the depth chart, in a deadlock with Nawahine. It also seems like there’s been a lot of movement along the offensive line.

Maybe Hartwell has given Cockett his notice and she has preemptively hired someone else. Without a national search, of course. Is he not the replacement for Jana ? That was one of the plays of the season, IMO. Others were Abel’s game-winner against New Mexico, Sam’s old-fashioned 3-point play against Boise, and Sam drawing the charge at the end against Nevada.

Amazed we had such a good year despite the depth issue. Tons of credit to smith and the players who did what they did despite a soft bench. It would have been really nice if JKIII had gone to class. We are 12-4 when Sam scores less than 20 points, 14-2 when he scores 20 or more. I’d say keeping Sam under 20 is a good goal for opponents, and half of the time they were able to do that. Though it’s only happened once in our last 7 games, when he scored 19 in our win over SDSU in Logan. So you are...

According to the NCAA website, Utah State ranks 11th in FG percentage defense, with opponents shooting just 39.3% against us. Oh, and we’re 8th in defensive rebounds per game, averaging 29.4.
