Why did it take Matt Wells so long to see it?

Hopefully this puts to rest the notion that coaches are infallible and ALWAYS play the right guy.

StanfordAggie was pushing this narrative hard that KM would only start this year if he was clearly better. Going with Love is the right call even with his struggles. There is far more upside with him than playing a senior that has proven he struggles to move the ball.

With Love even the bubble screen is better. Much faster ball. Gets to WR quicker.
