no, but with an asterisk.
we'll be better coached and have great players playing really well, but the increased strength of schedule will make them look worse.

I think we'll have less interceptions, but more sacks, a better run defense, and possibly make up for less interceptions with more forced fumbles. Our front 7 will be REALLY good.

i want to see, in order of priority:
- fewer points yielded
- fewer yardage yielded
- low yards per carry yielded
- high sacks
- few PI calls
- picks and fumbles

In 2018 we were ranked #33 in Total Defense.
In what areas do we improve?
In what areas do we regress?
Do we end higher or lower than #33 this year?

Its really unfair to look at last year's D in a total D sense. In most games the majority of the points and big plays came well after the game was locked up. They also had secondary injuries that really affected the end of the year.
They should be better though with the experience in the front 7 and the JC/Grad transfer help but the secondary is a ? and they have to stay healthy. This should end up as our best D since Zack's senior year.

I'd bump turnovers up a few spots there, personally.AndroidAggie wrote: ↑August 30th, 2019, 9:23 ami want to see, in order of priority:
