Scrub Time
I loved the mentality of our stay last night in the second half. I love that they let Columbi and Peasley throw the ball and run the offense. That wasn't present last year but the experience will pay off down the road.

Re: Scrub Time
Same. One of my pet peeves is subbing guys in but then not letting them run the plays they would have to run if they were called upon to play during meaningful snaps. Obviously you'll scale it back a bit, but glad they let them play a bit.

Re: Scrub Time
When Peasley was in I turned to my wife and said, "this kid is fast. He might take it the whole way." The next play, he did.
I hope his injury isn't serious.

Re: Scrub Time
I did the same thing! I turned to my wife and said "remember this kid from practice?", "he can haul a$$, I bet he breaks a run right here and scores." Like 10 seconds later he's crossing the goal line.brownjeans wrote: ↑September 9th, 2019, 1:11 pmWhen Peasley was in I turned to my wife and said, "this kid is fast. He might take it the whole way."
