Two observations: congratulations to Gary for getting himself skinny again I am impressed. Second, look at the gash on the inside of his right knee!

Skinny again? My guy was a beast in that video. That’s like 16% body fat tops. Massive quads, a posterior chain built for squats.. someone didn’t skip leg day- squatting 650!

If anything he should have built up those shoulders and maybe get some back work in. He had a decent back, but he was still all leg.

One point I will say, is linemen are proof that lifting belts are a damn crime for athletes not named Brian Shaw. Takeout that crutch and develop a stronger transverse. But, regardless beasting is beasting- and I ain’t squatting 650 anytime soon.

Sorry for the rant, I just really miss lifting.
