You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.

Re: Cash Gilliam Story
It's nice to see some articles that discuss these athletes' lives outside of football. Sheds some light onto why he entered the transfer portal last year. Totally understandable.
A good reminder to fans that these young student athletes often have to deal with a lot more than just football and school. Guys like Cash who at times was taking care of his mother while also being a student athlete, and guys like DT that have special needs kids.

Re: Cash Gilliam Story
I read the article and I was wondering if there is anything we can do to help out? This is a very tough situation and any aid helps alleviate some of the stress. Maybe set up a GOFUNDME account? Just a thought.

Very true, and with his first name, banks would be a slam dunk. USU Credit Union? Would that be a violation because I assume they are affiliated with the school?ratofallaggies wrote: ↑September 21st, 2021, 12:15 pmSeems like a good opportunity to utilize NIL......

They are not formally affiliated, especially they merged with Goldenwest.GeorgiaAggie wrote: ↑September 21st, 2021, 12:19 pmVery true, and with his first name, banks would be a slam dunk. I thought it was a beautifully presented article and am humbled at how his family is sacrificing to comfort and care for their mother. She must be an amazingly dynamic individual; starting her own pee wee football so inner city kids could get an affordable opportunity to play. I do hope Aggie Nation can come up with a meaningful way to assist this family.

It was very well done. She seems like a wonderful person. She raised some good kids who are doing whatever they can to help her.tinplater wrote: ↑September 21st, 2021, 4:43 pmI thought it was a beautifully presented article and am humbled at how his family is sacrificing to comfort and care for their mother.
