So let’s play a little game. Here is a picture of those seniors that will be honored at the Wyoming game this Saturday. Nice group btw that will all be missed!

Without looking up their names on the roster, how many of these 16 players came to USU as true freshmen (not a transfer). Name them for bonus points. Name all the transfers and where they transferred from if you are really feeling confident. 22, I may have to ask you to refrain, lol.

I count 4 spending their whole college careers here. Maybe 5 if you count Nathan, but I think he spent a little time at a jc without starting his eligibility clock.

Both bannerman and Gilliam played jc in Arizona after transferring from Kentucky. Both are from Ohio. Shaq bond played jc in California, originally from Illinois

It kind of was a trick question because the original question was how many and who played at USU since their true freshmen year. Jordan Nathan makes it tricky because he gray shirted at JC out of high school for a year so technically he was still a true freshman when he came to USU even though he had attended school somewhere else. So answer is technically 5 but 4 could also be correct if you don’t count Jordan.

My guess is five who started as freshman. Names (and transfer schools) from left to right, top to bottom:

Ali’ifua, Mason? (Liberty), Terrill, Moore (UCLA)
Scarver, Bowling (Ark. St), Metzenheimer, Henninger (Utah)
Gilliam, Coles (Utah > BYU), Wright (Snow), Brenneman (Something something JC)
Nathan, forgot but CB from Miami, Rice (Fresno > Ark st), Bond.
