SDSU kicker interview
I heard the sdsu had a pretty arrogant pregame interview. I’d love a link if anyone knows how to find it…

Here's the Big ESPN Spotlight of The Michael Jordan of Punters , With a special bonus of "The Expert" picks. Someone with the skills should put together a montage of his performance against The Aggies of Utah State including his punk Late hit on JN.

As I said before, when the most hyped player is your punter there is a problem.

Re: SDSU kicker interview
Probably at least a little true in SDSU's case this year, but despite the MWCG he really is an incredible punter. Quite possibly the best ever seen. We just didn't get (or have?) to see it against us.FL350Aggie wrote: ↑December 10th, 2021, 11:14 amAs I said before, when the most hyped player is your punter there is a problem.

Re: SDSU kicker interview
I agree but when he decided to hit Nathan late out of bounds because he got a nice return on him I thought he was a little Beeotch the rest of the Game.trombone_ninja wrote: ↑December 10th, 2021, 11:53 amThis. Re: SDSU kicker interview
Interestingly, SDSU has shut off comments for this video on Youtube. Yeah, six days later, this clip looks pretty bad. Lol.

Re: SDSU kicker interview
Some of those kicks on the highlight reel are 80+ yards in the air. That's impressive. Plus, give him props for hitting Utah's returner, Covey, pretty hard twice.
He'll play on Sunday if he doesn't get a big head. About five years ago the Bucs drafted Roberto Aguayo, PK, out of FSU; he was regarded as one of the best ever in college, won the Groza Award and the Bucs traded up to draft him in the second round.
He lasted one year in the NFL.

Pretty amazing to see a guy punt it from his goal line and see it land inside the opposition's 20 yard line. I don't think I've seen that before.

You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.

Re: SDSU kicker interview
Listening to Blake Anderson the other day, one of the things he mentioned about this punter is they noticed he is actually very slow to get punts off. So when they identified a potential weakness in SDSU's punt blocking, they felt like they had a chance to get to him. Obviously they were correct. Wonder if his being a bit slow on getting the kicks off might hamper his chances in the NFL.
