Weather on Saturday
Weather on Saturday
It’s looking increasingly likely that Saturday in Logan will be a cold rainstorm or even an old-fashioned accumulating snowstorm.
This is where my club and suite tickets will come in handy!

Re: Weather on Saturday
Really, the question for Saturday will be "will the AD turn on the radiant heaters in the club section?" They haven't been on all year, I hope they are testing them this week prior to kickoff

You've jinxed yourself. At this point, there is no question something will now prevent you from attending. But in the spirit of sharing and because I wouldn't want you to fret over not being able to use your tickets, I'm happy to accept your most generous donation of them to me.

Same. 99 problems but weather isn’t one.dogie wrote:It’s looking increasingly likely that Saturday in Logan will be a cold rainstorm or even an old-fashioned accumulating snowstorm.

Re: Weather on Saturday
Bad weather, a lackluster performance against Wyoming, and a bye week after that, plus a bad UNM team coming in -- this has all of the makings for a crowd of about 3,500.
I think most have lost interest in USU football for the season - just the diehards remain.

Is the covered seat back area any good during a rain/snow storm?

Re: Weather on Saturday
If you're referring to the club area I'd say absolutely yes. There are heaters hung on the overhang and as long as you're 3 rows or so up you don't feel any moisture at all. It probably adds 20 degrees to what it is outside. I've only ever had to wear one coat sitting up there.

I am excited to see how the performs after the bye week and with Cooper back. With all the distractions from the Blake lawsuit to the Hartwell soap opera I hope the team has stayed focused.ViAggie wrote: ↑November 3rd, 2022, 12:51 pmas long as the team shows up...Yossarian wrote: ↑November 3rd, 2022, 11:49 amBad weather, a lackluster performance against Wyoming, and a bye week after that, plus a bad UNM team coming in -- this has all of the makings for a crowd of about 3,500.

The question remains do they have the fight and fortitude to make a run at getting bowl eligible or have the written the season off and just want the season to end? The NM game will be telling.

Re: Weather on Saturday
There are fans that are both extremes, those that will ONLY go to games that are nice and warm, and those that will go to any weather games even when there is heavy rain or a blizzard. Then there are fans in a gray area in that they will put on layers and go to games that are cold, but won't go to games when rain or snow is coming down hard.

We are coming. We have gear we've bought that only gets worn for nasty weather Aggie games and camping in the mountains in January.GameFAQSAggie wrote: ↑November 3rd, 2022, 1:54 pmThere are fans that are both extremes, those that will ONLY go to games that are nice and warm, and those that will go to any weather games even when there is heavy rain or a blizzard. Re: Weather on Saturday
I'll be there, but the kids may not be attending with me this time. The length of a game is hard enough without sitting through bad weather
Re: Weather on Saturday
I've worn shorts to every game so far, heaters haven't been even close to needed.aggiesdotcom wrote: ↑November 3rd, 2022, 8:19 amReally, the question for Saturday will be "will the AD turn on the radiant heaters in the club section?" Re: Weather on Saturday
I’m excited for the game in my non heated west side seats. I did buy hand warmers though.

I’m just trying to figure out what to bring. Are we thinking heavy coats and a rain poncho over that for the rain?

Yes. For me its thermals, 2 -3 layers, a warm coat and a poncho with insulated boots. Usually have a blanket on hand also that goes over your legs under the poncho. Especially with wind in the forecast. This won't be a fashion show.Kevincurtisforlife wrote: ↑November 5th, 2022, 9:02 amWasatchAggie wrote: ↑November 3rd, 2022, 4:47 pmWe are coming. So I ended up with 8 in my group. My oldest son brought a bunch of friends. It was a good time
