You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.

Re: I like Ike
I can’t help but think we’re seeing another extremely questionable personnel decision by the coaching staff in keeping Ike Larsen on the bench.
How many of these are there??

Re: I like Ike
I liked the announcer saying it was "Grand Larsen" on the pick six.

Re: I like Ike
Larsen has done nothing but make plays. The effort is there, which is more than can be said for other players. I’ve been baffled by his lack of playing time.
We’ve seen this at RB (Tyler deserves to start and get a lot of carries), and at WR. I have no clue what the staff sees in McGriff. A statue would drop less passes and put in more effort.

Re: I like Ike
It is the biggest issue with the team this year. I hope it ends when the season ends. Blake needs to get this figured out.

The way Ike stole that ball away was a bit like Grand Larceny thoughCaptainChaos wrote: ↑November 14th, 2022, 8:42 amI liked the announcer saying it was "Grand Larsen" on the pick six.

Re: I like Ike
Ike had his right leg fully wrapped for the post-game fight song, but he was up and walking. My guess is that it's precautionary and not overly serious.

Re: I like Ike
I believe that Ike has been dealing with an MCL issue since early in the season. The coaches are not wanting to push it too hard and have been limiting his playing time somewhat. It the kid is a baller, he just makes plays.

He was in the next play, where he got hurt again.cdaAg wrote:Ike had his right leg fully wrapped for the post-game fight song, but he was up and walking. My guess is that it's precautionary and not overly serious.

Re: I like Ike
We miss him when he’s not in.
On a separate Note Dom Tatum has looked really bad most of the time he’s in. I know he’s coming of a serious injury but his play has been very underwhelming.

I haven’t noticed but I’ll take your word.
Crazy thing is that prior to his injury last year, I felt he was our best defensive player.

Re: I like Ike
As far as I can tell from the replays, It does seem like a cramp on the non braced leg that sent him out of the game which would indeed be his right leg.QuackAttackAggie wrote: ↑November 20th, 2022, 2:05 pmHe was in the next play, where he got hurt again.cdaAg wrote:Ike had his right leg fully wrapped for the post-game fight song, but he was up and walking. Re: I like Ike
From what I understand. Every player on the bench right now is actually better than the guy starting in front of him. By far. Like, not even close. BA is so loyal, stubborn and a horrible evaluator of talent, he simply doesn't care.Roy McAvoy wrote: ↑November 13th, 2022, 5:40 pmI can’t help but think we’re seeing another extremely questionable personnel decision by the coaching staff in keeping Ike Larsen on the bench.

Re: I like Ike
Certainly that applies to a few players. Briggs should have got more carries. Legas should have started over Bonner after the Weber game and Ike Larsen needs to be starting.FloridaAggie13 wrote: ↑November 21st, 2022, 5:52 amFrom what I understand.
