NAR: SDSU punter exonerated

Post by signalwar » May 9th, 2023, 7:25 pm

SDSU punter wasn't even there for the alleged rape.
Where does he get his reputation back? And the millions he lost out on?

After reading the article, is he exonerated because of the one acquaintance eyewitness that saw him leaving? It was a little unclear to me

Because he had left an hour before the incident. Tough to prove someone to be in two places at one time

Although I thought he was kind of a tool at SDSU, he did not deserve this.

I hope he gets another shot at the NFL. He definitely has the talent.

The dangers of being tried by the media. If I understand correctly the investigators had this information including video surveilience from the beginning but didn't release it because of the ongoing investigation. Meanwhile he is sued civilly resulting him losing his job and being hammered in the media. Hope he's given another chance.

if he left early, why did it take (insert time frame), or how ever long to clear him???? can't you talk to witnesses when it happens and determine that, and not even drag him in? That was a lot of backlash to him and his future because they didn't release the information. Hopefully buffalo knew this, and that that wasn't the main reason he was released.

The Bills didn't care about anything other than completely separating themselves from the situation. Truth plays zero part in situations like this.

There were a few here and on the MWC board (especially there) that wouldn't hear of it on wait and see how the evidence develops. I wonder if any of them feel remotely embarrassed.

There are some people that STILL go around thinking Jordan Love was smoking marijuana when the fact is he got the charges dropped.

The bigger problem is people thinking there is anything wrong with cannabis at all.

The bills actually said they investigated it and found he hadn't done anything wrong but it wasn't worth the PR hit to keep him.

I thought there was some audio of him calling the victim and telling her she should get tested for an STD…or something like that…maybe I’m mistaken. That seemed pretty damning at the time and makes me wonder if there was more to it.

They had sex according to the witnesses. It was just hours before the reported time of the sexual assault and before she was intoxicated.
