could be the way Logan City cops harass them, as they are notorious for being petty. Switz has been vocal about not liking how he is treated, and if he does leave, it won't be cause of BA and would be in spite of BA as he wouldn't be here in the first place if he didn't like BA.

Blake is not driving players away from Utah State.

Maybe. They might interact with cops a few times a school year. The more consistently polarizing experience in Cache Valley and anywhere in Utah is Utahns' propensity to stare. It's something they might experience daily whenever they're in public. You walk into any public space, and everyone's staring. I've been to 49 states and 20 countries and never experienced anything similar to Utah. It's probably a lot more intense to feel all those eyes on you as a black athlete coming from any community that's more diverse than Cache County. The staring is part of the Utah culture and is not going away anytime soon.

It’s not an Utah thing, it’s a rural Utah thing. Went to a boosters lunch with my family recently and my wife couldn’t believe it when we walked into the room. She’s not used to it because she’s lived in Salt Lake the past 23 years.travelingagg wrote: ↑April 18th, 2024, 10:15 pmMaybe. They might interact with cops a few times a school year.
