Re: Rahsul Faison
I was not able to attend, Blake mentioned that Rahsul was at a funeral. He also mentioned that there was only 1 tight end available for today. Have their been injuries to the tight end group? I really like Lane/Switzer I also think Monney has a bright future.

Re: Rahsul Faison
I hope you’re right about this. Seems that injury bug has been biting them bad the last couple years. Not that it would hardly make a difference for how often we throw to them. Hoping for a better season all around this year.Fan4AggieballAZ wrote: ↑April 22nd, 2024, 3:23 pmTE room will be just fine……Aggie84025 wrote: ↑April 20th, 2024, 5:40 pmI was not able to attend, Blake mentioned that Rahsul was at a funeral. Re: Rahsul Faison
There are probably 10-20 you could plug in to line up as an H-back and block down in the RPO for 50 reps a game. I really don't know why they just don't use an extra tackle or guard there.PIGSKINAGGIE wrote: ↑April 23rd, 2024, 12:46 amI hope you’re right about this. If you wanted to add a third offensive tackle (a guy wearing a uniform number in the 70s, say) to line up a as an H-back off the line of scrimmage, does he have to report as an eligible receiver every down, even if he is brought in for blocking only? Or does he only have to report when you want him eligible as a pass catcher? Or does him lining up off the LOS automatically imply he is an eligible receiver?

Somebody's leaving. Somebody else will take his place. We won't know what any of it means until August. But yeah, sorry to see him go.

Re: Rahsul Faison
There’s a good chance our defense is better than our offense…
Everybody pull your NIL donations from football and just package it up for basketball. Would you rather see a team win another game or two in the NCAA tournament or go 6-7 in football? Oh and none of those six wins are against our rivals.

College sports suck now.
They’ve ruined it. I don’t know why I even bothered renewing my season tickets.

Yet another one that did a run it back post. Jan 3 - let's run it back:
April 25 - peace out
ETA: Any aggie player that gives a run it back tweet next Dec/Jan should not be believed.

Re: Rahsul Faison
What was looking like the deepest position group is now super thin. If players don't want to stay that is fine but sure as hell don't do run it back tweets and then transfer 4 months later.Naked Bull Rider wrote: ↑April 25th, 2024, 11:20 amIs Briggs the only returning RB to have recorded a rushing stat from '23?

Re: Rahsul Faison
I hate people that say “oh its just the new portal rules and NIL, not Blake”
But can anyone show me any MW or even any other High-mid major school losing their best players after spring ball like USU ???
Not to mention, these are guys that announced they are staying less than 6 months before they announced they’re leaving.
The problem isn’t NIL, it’s not the portal, it’s Blake Anderson.

Re: Rahsul Faison
BA lost this team. There are other MWC schools, and they are not losing players like we are. NIL money excuses are going to be at every BA press conference instead of accountability.
I have nothing against BA, and I have stated that I believe that he has gone through too many tragic events to do the job. BA should retire and be some type of senior football admin advisor position.

Re: Rahsul Faison
Yeah, this is starting to seem like a coaching issue rather than a money issue. Like the whole room was pissed off and bailed.

We have a losing culture with BA, and it started after the 2021 season and gotten worse.BasketballAgg wrote: ↑April 25th, 2024, 11:28 amI hate people that say “oh its just the new portal rules and NIL, not Blake”

It is basically a replay of the progression of GA 1.0 to GA 2.0.
We need a brand-new coaching staff from top to bottom.
