I doubt it. Not that fast. I think this will be a defensive end/EDGE guy. I'm just waiting on the thumbs up.

Is it a JuCo guy that had options like a Marlin Dean, or did we beat out New Mexico Highlands and Black Hills State? Trying to gauge the level of excitement I should have.

Played with marlin dean at butler. Previously at Illinois. 6’6” 270

I believe marlin is in the picture with him.

Is he a portal player?

I would say an offer certainly doesn't mean he's coming here. It does mean he has the option, though.
