I'm not sure if this is still the case, but back around 2010, Iowa Community Colleges loved to recruit high school soccer out of Utah.

This is something I thought would be worth posting here rather than starting a new thread about. A defensive tackle who we last year had committed to us before he decommitted, which added fuel to the fire of frustration we had in us losing players, ended up at Louisiana Tech. He was buried in the depth chart to a point of not seeing any game action last year, not even getting garbage time snaps in the 3 games that went lopsided enough (1 with them winning, 2 with them losing) for them to be emptying the bench in the fourth quarter.
