When do practices start?

Post by AGGIEinIOWA » September 30th, 2021, 2:42 pm

Ok so I've seen special news reports and social media stuff coming out of both SLC and Provo regarding their first practice and the season officially getting underway. So.....have we started yet? If not, when do we start? Needing a little hoops fix.

Does Coach still seem like a mystery to anyone else? It seems his interviews are a lot of coach speak.

What kinds of things get him heated?

Excited for the new coach, team, and season!

His personality is a lot different than Craig's for sure. I am not sure he does get heated, he seems to be very calm.

A man the common folk can relate with. Not randy rahe short, but just short enough to remind you of the humanity of basketball.

Ryan Odom is a classy dude. He is not Craig and is not going to wear his emotions on his sleeve. He is methodical. What he lacks in emotion on his sleeve, he will make up for in smarts. He will be the smartest basketball guy in the arena every night. Now, let's hope he can recruit.

Ryan Odom is much more the type of Coach I would like to play for. Seems very chill and methodical.

I get the sense he thinks we’re going to surprise people with how good we are.

And put a pin in this — there’s a closed scrimmage on October 16 according to his interview.
