Scotty covers all sports too. It could be him speculating about Aaron Rodgers to the Jets (which actually has USU ties as well) or Madsen going to Cal or whatever.

I doubt it’s about Madsen, UVU plays tonight. That would be terrible timing if they announced the move before the game.

In general, I am only bitter to head coaches that leave for in-state schools. There is only one coach that has qualified for my bitterness based on this.

Yep if you don't leave for a rival I'm not mad. Part of the job. Although leaving for south Florida would be really weird. We should really look to hire someone who if he leaves it is for a p5 program, not just a lateral move.

I think that is the consensus of 90% of us. Would like Odom to stay but if not just move on to your new location and let Bovee hire the best candidate he can. Patience is not a strong suit for me.

Fair enough. I think he's a good dude and I'll be disappointed when he moves on; I wish we would have had more time with him as HC.

I no loner think he is going to USF, but if VCU opens he is gone.

And VCU is a much greater threat to us losing guys than USF.

He's probably holding out for VCU. I wonder how that makes USF feel? They've already picked up their purse, finished the last drink, keys in hand, ready to take Odom home and then he spots VCU crying in the corner, alone, freshly jilted as he was ready to leave with USF.

USF may have to pop another button on the blouse to get his attention back.
