Even with NBA prospects? I could see it if he wasn’t entering the draft process. Rothstein says with the option to return to SDSU.

IF they were only trying their hand at the draft that's one thing but if he's ALSO entering the transfer portal, I don't think Dutcher will hold his spot.

Zapala should be able to land somewhere for a small amount of NIL. He did well at Longwood.

I’m a little bit in wait and see mode. Reminds me a little bit of Roddie coming out of a similar conference last year. Sure I’m wrong but want to see how his physical attributes translate from the Asun to the mw.

Not sure why he reminds you of Roddie other than size. He is a much better shooter. They each played one season at similar levels in the Big West and the ASUN. Roddie shot 42% from 2 and under 30% from 3 in his year in the Big West while Albury shot over 50% from 2 and over 36% from 3. They each turn the ball over too much so we need Albury to fix that. About equal in assists and steals. Albury rebounds at almost 6 a game, way above Roddie.

The bottom line is, Roddie's shooting is a liability. It was in the Big West and that continued at Boise last year. Albury's shooting at Queens, those are winning numbers. He might drop. Roddie dropped just a hair, but even with that, you win games with your PG shooting like Albury. You lose them with him shooting like Roddie.
