We don't need Sprinkle. We just need OP to clean the temple every year during tournament time.

If he wants out then he wants out. USU basketball was good before Danny and will be good after him. We have a passionate fanbase and that is a good thing.

Re: My story...
I have no doubt, I've been here around awhile. But we have a tendency on this board, maybe all boards, to run with one comment and create a narrative that doesn't really exist. I'd like to know what evidence there is that Danny Sprinkle wants "out of Logan" the way its being portrayed or if he's just a coach, looking for his next move.ChowderAggie wrote: ↑March 24th, 2024, 12:36 pmI think you would be surprised as to how much insight and information many on this board have access to, and not just out of the athletic department.Aggies1888 wrote: ↑March 24th, 2024, 12:33 pmBecause some fan on a message board said he does??? Re: My story...
My sources on this are out of Bozeman Montana. Hopefully Danny is just conveying his love for Montana and it’s less related to Logan than I’m being told.Aggies1888 wrote: ↑March 24th, 2024, 12:42 pmI have no doubt, I've been here around awhile. I doubt he coached at Bozeman and has been thrown off by the size and culture of Cache Valley.
Re: My story...
Moving into or out of Utah is a culture shock (exception may be Park City or SLC). Culturally Logan is very different from Bozeman.NowhereLandAggie wrote: ↑March 24th, 2024, 12:48 pmThere are allegedly about 4 million reasons, and one of the most well-known conferences why this story has legs.Aggies1888 wrote: ↑March 24th, 2024, 12:42 pmI have no doubt, I've been here around awhile. I forgot, we are not allowed to discuss the obvious that Logan, Utah is different from a culture perspective than the rest of the country.

I think the fact he is a hot commodity and can get double what USU has to offer is much more of the enticement than anything to do with Nibley, UT culture.bpd wrote: ↑March 24th, 2024, 1:58 pmMoving into or out of Utah is a culture shock (exception may be Park City or SLC). Odom leaving for an A-10 school seemed like much more of a lateral move than this. I think we invent reasons when money is probably the biggest one.
There are professors that work their whole career at USU and live perfectly happy lives even with the "lack of a bar."
Does anyone even know if Danny Sprinkle drinks?
Over 1/3 of all Americans don't drink at all.

How so? I liked certain aspects of the story and found it overall to be endearing. Honestly? Just as a feeler to see if I was alone in my reaction to it. That’s really it. The large quantity of “likes” it got made me wonder if I was the only crazy one for having a mixed reaction to it.Hoot wrote: ↑March 24th, 2024, 11:06 pmI am genuinely curious why you made the first post? As someone who once was LDS, I can get in the head space of where this is coming from and I know it is a wholesome place, but being on the outside I can also understand how things like this can make those not of the faith confused or even slightly uncomfy.
