If USU hires an up and comer again, the result will again be the same. Get an older guy who has had some ups and downs, this one would last awhile.

He goes by Teddy and his last name is Kozlowski. It will be official tomorrow.

I would rather keep winning at a high level and left than hire someone with ups and downs.
